PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS FOR ADOPTION.LIZZIE is currently in foster care in Houston, Texas and the adoption fee includes her transportation with Mighty Mutt Shipping to the north east if interested there is an application on our website https:/www.houstonshaggydogrescue.org/apply/ Sweet Lizzie is approx 5 years and 32 lbs,she is the sweetest girl but would do better as an only dog she has been treated for heartworms,had her Acl and miniscus repaired and her back left leg amputated due to an old fracture that had healed correctly and was not repairable so she can be a little testy with other dogs that are pushy and get in her face or space, she just wants to observe she loves people and loves getting lots of attention she is very quiet and well behaved and enjoys sitting outside on the patio on a big comfy bed or in a dog bed wherever her foster is , she is going to make a great companion for some lucky people THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY IN FOSTER CARE IN HOUSTON, TEXAS,WE SHIP OUR DOGS WITH MIGHTY MUTT SHIPPING TO THE NORTH EAST OUR RESCUE POLICY - It is our rescue policy for all our dogs that we require a home with experienced dog owners only and no children under that age of 8 years. The total adoption fee of $400 ( and includes the required interstate health certificate and transport , spay/neuter, shots including rabies, bordatella, parvo, distemper ,canine influenza, and microchip. He is a sweet playful dog who loves walks, fetch and cuddling he loves anyone who loves him. He is trained with basic commands. He does get excited around other dogs and cats. He is great with kids, ideally I am looking for a home that can give him more attention and time than he current gets.
