Hi! My name is S'mores and I'm a 9 years young Shih Tzu looking for my forever companion. I'm calm, love to cuddle, nap, and eat! My favorite things are socializing with other dogs, walks around the neighborhood, and doing anything and everything with the ones I love. I don't need much! I'm very patient and love children as well. I get complimented on my coat a lot and people love how playful I can get when I'm comfortable. I also love my new haircut! Personality & Characteristics: Is very calm and gentle mannered, has a routine and is very quiet and a bit shy at first. My foster dog is good with: Great with kids, dogs (all sizes and ages) and cats! Does the following: (Gets car sick, nervous outside, has separation anxiety, hates the bath, none of the above) Does not get nervous, lets us trim his nails and nail bed and fur. ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at WaldosRescue.org and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog. We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs.
