Story
We adopted Tod 8 months ago and feel in love. He is a goofy lovable boy. He loves tug-a-war and to be chased around. Although big, he is a gentle giant to his family and doesnt even tear his toys. When adopting him we found out he is bi-lingual and speaks Spanish. He knows sientate (sit), pata (paw), caminar (walk), heel, down, focus (eye contact), leave it, touch, and place (lays down anywhere you point). He has been crate trained, and trained on a Mini Educator e-collar, Herm Sprenger prong collar, Wonder Walker harness, and muzzle trained as well. Although Tod is a sweet boy with people in the home he does have reactivity issues and shown aggression towards other dogs. Our dog-friendly apartment living situation does not allow him to go outside for walks without a lot of stress. He needs a home with a yard to be able to get his energy out and bathroom breaks safely, without having it to be a stressful, dangerous, and rigorous training routine to get out of a building.

Story
HISTORY: Hi my name is Braxton! They think I was born in early December 2022 and I had a DNA test done and I am 30% Saint Bernard & 30% Doberman, along with a bunch of other dog breed mixes. They think I might be on the bigger side. I am ready to be adopted and go to my forever home with you! A fenced yard and house setting will be a must because I love to play. I am great with kids and other dogs. A dog with similar high energy or a slightly older dog to show me the ropes would be ideal. I tend to scare the cats I've been around so far, I'm just an excited boy! I am house trained. I am also crate trained, but I am not a fan. All I want is someone to love. Playful and cuddly that's me! ADOPTION INFO Dog adoption fees include: - All Basic Dog Vaccinations - Rabies - Bordetella - Flea & Tick Treatment - Spay (Up to $400) - Neuter (Up to 300) - Microchip & Registration All adoption fees go toward the care of all dogs and cats in our rescue. Brando is a gentle giant. He is a little standoffish when first meeting someone. He will be your best friend and shower you with love once he knows you. His favorite pastimes are walking, lounging around, and loving his person(s). He will thrive in any size family. He is one of the sweetest most loving dogs we have here at the ranch. He follows commands and is eager to please. He is microchipped, neutered, and fully vaccinated. He can be transported in the US and Canada. ##1533014##

Story
Hi Dalila here,I am the perfect mix of a young and sweet dog, who loves to cuddle but also who takes care of its family and friends. I am cute as I can be, loyal and a leader as well.I am a pretty strong and active dog, I walk well on a leash but sometimes when I see something interesting I can pull on the leash. I am working on it and I could use a bit more training in that area. Check out my YouTube video: https://youtu.be/Db_KQQHUDt8I get along with most dogs when I have a good introduction. I tend to be a bit protective with strange dogs I meet on a walk so I may need some patience and more training to learn how to be calmer. I am sure that if you have a family dog now, we would get along, I live with 8 dogs now so I am used to having a pack-mate.I am good on car rides, like to go to the beach, and love to be around my family. My ideal family will be active and outdoorsy. I imagine us running through the woods or on the beach sniffing all the great scents there. I imagine playing in the backyard with older kids and then settling down for a nice nap in a warm bed. Ahhh, that will be the life! If that sounds like we could be a match, then just fill in the application and we can meet on a Zoom call.Lots of love to give,Dalila To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo. Story
Hi, I'm Puma,I sure hope you are looking for a great young dog to help make your home complete. If that is so, then stop looking, you found her. I am pretty shy when I first meet new people but all I need is a bit of attention to build my confidence and I will shine. I don't live with children but I have been around them and I know to just stay calm and relax. I like dogs in my pack and I will play but I would prefer to chill out and relax. I am what you might call laid-back!When my foster family takes me out for a walk I stick pretty close to them because there are a lot of street dogs and they scare me a bit. It is much better when I walk with my pack. I don't have many toys but give me a nice marrow bone and I will be busy all day! Cats are not my thing, unless they like to be chased then I am all in.Oh did I mention that I love to swim? It is the best thing when we go to the beach and I get to play in the water. I'm in heaven then. The car ride there makes me a bit nervous so I don't look out the window or anything. I just wait until we are at the beach then I am fine.I am pretty good with my basic commands like Sit, Come and of course, come eat! I know I still have lots to learn but I hope my new family will be ready to teach me how to be the best dog I can be. If it sounds like we could be a match then fill in the application and we can meet on a Zoom call.I am all yours,Puma To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo.
