Story
Meet Shiloh New Caney! This adorable 2-month-old Chihuahua/Staffordshire Terrier mix, currently a petite 6.9 lbs., is a bundle of joy waiting for her forever home. Though her breed is a best guess by the rescue, one thing's for sure—Shiloh is 100% lovable! This puppy is from a part of the US where puppies are regularly euthanized. So, this puppy needs you! If you choose a puppy from this rescue, it saves their life AND it also allows us to save the life of another in its place. Shiloh is great with kids and other dogs, making her a perfect fit for a lively household. She's still young enough to learn to live with cats, so she's open to making new furry friends. Sierra's favorite activities include playing, eating, napping, and being held—she's the perfect companion for both fun and cuddles. Shiloh is still young so she will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. Her new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, they will be perfect to go on walks and show off around your neighborhood. If you're looking for a sweet, playful, and affectionate puppy to complete your family, Shiloh New Caney is the one for you! Adopt this little cutie and fill your home with endless love and joy. Apply Here: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/667ed13acfedbf41d90cdd02 E-mail kathleen@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Available for adoption to anywhere in the US. We transport near or into NV, MT, CO, UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our dogs and cats are brought to you in style by a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van or bus transport, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24-hour care. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. We can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee of $825 includes all vetting per our veterinarian: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter surgery, flea prevention, 2-6 months of heartworm preventative according to age, heartworm testing and heartworm treatment if applicable, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4-months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We provide weekly socialization programs for our dogs through playgroups and group leash training classes available to all dogs in our adoption program, and Doggy Sleepover, Doggy Day Out, and Ambassador programs for our boarding dogs. There is a professional dog trainer on staff to provide support for our fosters and dogs, and an off-site dog trainer for dogs that need more extensive behavior modification. This helps us learn deeply about every dog, prepare them for adoption, and ultimately match them with loving families. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8-week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 6-year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 13,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $74 surcharge for transport. DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results or AKC registration were provided at intake.

Story
Meet Sashi! Sashi was rescued from an abandoned home. She has had hip issues from when she was a pup. It's noticeable when she trots but doesn't affect her running as her zoomies are fast. She was very skittish of any loud notices and voices that led us to believe she was abused. She has grown to trust humans and is such a happy dog. She rolls on the floor for you for some belly rubs. She is a great girl, a Staffordshire mix that is good with dogs and kids. She has not had any exposure with cats yet. Sashi has a prey drive and would do best in a household where there are no smaller animals, farm animals, etc. She is crate trained and working with on potty training. Has had some accidents in the house but does well outdoors. Happy dog and enjoys playing with a smaller companion chihuahua. Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story
We picked Dilly up off the street a few years ago after she had been dropped almost 9 miles from her most recent address at the time. She came to us with some trauma, but has been the biggest blessing to us. She’s a great car dog and roadtrip buddy, she is house trained, she doesn’t eat on a schedule, just whenever she decides she’s hungry, and is quite low maintenance for the most part. She takes lots of time to warm up to new people and gets really nervous around children. She does best if she is allowed to approach you rather than you approaching her. Once she’s comfortable however, she’s the most tolerant, loving, and playful dog! She hasn’t been leash trained and is quite reactive on walks, but thrives in open fields where she can run and play without restriction. She would be a great companion for a young individual to couple without kids willing to put in a little bit of time to get to know her. We are heartbroken, but hoping to find a patient, loving family to hand her over to.

Story
Are you ready to come home to the happiest pup in the land?! Paisley is a 70lb gorgeous girl who is flawlessly kennel trained and is SO happy to just be with her humans. She loves to play, loves to cuddle, and loves to eat! She loves toys as well. She does have some dog selectivity and resource guarding issues so she needs a patient home who will do proper dog to dog introductions and will kennel her during feeding time or feed separately. Cats are unknown but we feel she would do well with them! We'd be happy to help perform proper introductions and answer any questions to ensure a proper fit!  **To schedule a meet and greet, please email us at info@pncrescue.com.  **To apply to foster or adopt, please visit pawsandclawspetrescue.com/forms. **Adoption fees range from $200-$350. This includes vaccines, microchip, dewormer, and spay/neuter!  ##2064306##

Story
Beautiful girl, Peanut! This precious soul has been with a loving foster for months, getting her back to health and a far better living situation.  Rescued from living on the streets with a homeless person, then abandoned, Peanut was rescued in poor condition and now is healthy and beautiful. She arrived emaciated with bones sticking out and chemical burns all over her body.  She has come a long way and is ready to join a loving and fun family to grow old with. She is medium in size, just 45 lbs, with the goofiest, most loving personality.   Peanut is a mega snuggler, sweet, wiggly, spunky, and totally bonds with her humans. She wants to hang with you! She is energetic so a household of equal energy is best for her. She is food motivated so when she does not want to do something it is a good lure and great for training. She really wants to please and is a smarty pants, eager to learn.  There are things in the world that still make her tentative and nervous yet lots of progress under the loving guidance of her foster.  Peanut will thrive in a more quiet environment, ideally with a yard, nice walks, and stimulating play time (she is smart!). She has not been socialized well in her life and as such, we do not recommend a home with kids or cats. Whether she can live with a dog, we are not yet sure. She is still concerned about other dogs when out on walks, likely from having to source things for herself when homeless. She is being worked with to show less intensity (barking, etc.) and making slow progress. She also has shown some desire to play with a neighborhood dog through a fence with play bows. Maybe in time...but for now, a single doggie in the home.  She is a great leash walker now and full of vocabulary having learned sit, stay, down, break, do your business, got to bed and, wait. She does get excited and can be a little bit mouthy but is making progress there, too! She is learning to hang in her crate for sleep time unless you are the type to share your bed. We are sure she would oblige :) Peanut will make a person or family very happy and will give you so much love and loyalty. She prefers you to be around more than not and also is great at taking naps! She is updated on shots, spayed and chipped. Her adoption fee is $395. We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life! To expedite to meet with this dog, please go to our site at www.savinggreatanimals.org and fill out an application. We look at the first applications to arrive, so we hope to hear from you soon!
