Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Rylie, an adorable young Labradoodle with a heart full of love and a playful, goofy spirit! Rylie weighs about 25 pounds and is ready to embark on her journey to find a forever family. She came to us as a stray, severely underweight and matted, but thanks to the kindness of good Samaritans, she’s now thriving and ready to meet her perfect match. Despite her rough start, Rylie’s typical Poodle energy and charm shine through—she’s happy, eager to please, and always up for fun. Rylie gets along wonderfully with other dogs and is friendly with new people. Her ideal home will appreciate her lively personality and be committed to keeping up with her grooming needs, as her coat can mat quickly. She’s spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and up to date on Bravecto and ProHeart for heartworm prevention. Rylie is located in Texas but is eligible for transport to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington (Kentucky), or anywhere along the East Coast. Please note that there is an additional transport fee of $225, and we cannot transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to state regulations. Her adoption fee is $600. Story
Brandon is a handsome 5 month old bundle of love with a stunning brindle coat that he must have inherited from his dad! His mom was a unique mix of half Standard Poodle and half Airedale, so Brandon is destined to grow into a big, lovable boy that could weigh 60 pounds. With his lovingly sweet personality, Brandon is the total puppy package! His foster mom has been working hard on his crate training and potty training, and he’s already mastered “sit.” He’s great with kids, cats, and other dogs, making him a perfect fit for just about any type of family.  Brandon would love an active family that could provide him a fenced yard where Brandon can safely play. He would also embrace having  another canine companion in the family or active children or family members that will take him for good walks, jogs and a life filled with fun adventures. Brandon would be a great social butterfly out in the community and neighborhood. If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate pup with a heart of gold (and a golden coat to match!), Brandon might just be your perfect match!   Please write to critter cavalry rescue, at ccrnewengland@gmail.com if you are interested!  Let us know where you live as well.  PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.March 13, 2025, 8:04 pm

Story
Meet the Highway 68 litter: Genesis, Livingston, Miller, Lantana, Maryetta, Pomona, and Pevine! One of the siblings (Livingston) completed a DNA test, and the results came back as 54% poodle, 12% Australian Cattle Dog, and 10% German Shepherd (see full results in photos). All of the pups in this litter have scruffy coats except for Miller (he has a flat coat). We expect them to grow to medium sized dogs.  These sweet babies were found abandoned in a tote bag on the side of the road in East TN when they were just a few days old They were named after roads in the area and dubbed the Highway 68 litter. Miller is a typical happy, playful puppy who loves everyone! Good with dogs, cats, people, and kids. Young puppies are like blank slates who, with proper training and socialization, will grow into wonderful dogs. From Miller's current foster:  "Continuing outside walks. 3 times around the house and Miller loves to walk outside now. Stays right by my side and checks in to make sure he is safe and doing a good job." He is medically up to date (age appropriate) and working on housebreaking. Apply to meet this sweet boy today! Click HERE for Adoption Application: pawsrescueleague.org/adopt Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable. As a small rescue that does not receive government funding or grants, we rely on adoption fees to stay afloat. Adoption fees help cover the following: vaccinations, wellness exams, heartworm/4DX testing, parasite prevention, spay/neuter (age-appropriate), microchipping, transport expenses, and other rescue-related overhead/administrative costs. Paws Rescue League, Inc is an all-inclusive rescue that does NOT only rescue puppies and young, healthy dogs.  We make a point to also rescue seniors, dogs with special needs, moms, and other “less desirable” dogs, knowing that we will likely incur higher veterinary expenses and that these dogs may take longer to get adopted.  As such, an individual adoption fee is not only reimbursing PRL for expenses directly related to that dog, but it is also helping us to continue our mission of taking in dogs that would otherwise be too much of a financial burden to save. We believe that ALL dogs deserve a second chance. Thank you for your support and understanding! ##2281328##

Story
This precious boy was rescued from a bad situation involving a domestic abuse case. He, along with five other doodles, were removed in January. All of the dogs were badly matted, thin, but remained in great spirits.   Fast forward one month and Rodey has a new lease on life! He is newly groomed, fully vetted: all vaccines are up to date, heart worm negative, and scheduled to be neutered soon. He is two years young! He seems to be comfortable around cats and simply ignores them.   He is easy going, loves to be with people, and does great while getting groomed. He's going to make a fantastic companion for an individual or family. Non-shedding!!!   Currently he is in Arkansas, but transport is available for New England. His adoption fee is $650 and this does cover his transport as well.     ##2313813##

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. This resilient poodle born around 10/2/2017 has been through a lot but is now ready for a loving home. Found on the streets with one of the worst cases of matting we’ve ever seen, his hair was so long it touched the ground. Sadly, neighborhood kids threw rocks at him as he ran through the streets, terrified and alone. It took an experienced trapper to safely bring him to our facility, where he arrived shaking and too scared to be touched by anyone. However, with time, patience, and care, he has blossomed into a wonderful companion. He now enjoys daily walks, loves being pet, gets the excitement zoomies, and gets along well with other dogs. He is a laid-back boy who especially gets excited for his leash time, happily joining other dogs on walks. Due to his past, he will need a home to give him patience to gain his trust. Once he has your trust, he will be your shadow and want nothing but love. He seems to be potty/house trained, as he will wait to use the bathroom when he gets walked. Fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped, this sweet poodle is ready to find his forever home. His adoption fee is $300. Marley weighs around 20 pounds.   Could you be the one to give him the love he deserves?  Marley is currently in Texas, but transport is available to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, KY, or anywhere along the East Coast. Please note that an additional transport fee of $225 applies. We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to regulations.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 1, 2025, 1:17 pm

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Randy, a charming Bichon/Poodle mix who came to us as a stray during the Christmas holidays, searching for love and safety. Now ready to find his forever home, Randy is a sweet and affectionate pup who thrives on companionship. He would do best in a home where someone is around most of the time, as he has minor separation anxiety and loves being close to his people. He will be your shadow.  Randy gets along with other dogs and greets everyone he meets with a wagging tail and a joyful spirit. He seems to be house-trained but, like most dogs in a new environment, may have a few accidents until he gets the hang of his new routine. Randy’s adoption fee is $300, which includes his neuter, vaccines, microchip, heartworm test (negative), ProHeart prevention, and Bravecto.  Randy was born around 1/8/2022 and weighs 20.3 pounds.
