Story
I'm sad to post this but my son Cash is an amazing, playful, sweetheart of a kitty.. he is 7 about to be 8 months.. I need a temporary home for him URGENTLY, I am willing to pay for anything he needs, he currently has everything he needs like his food, litter box, his toys and things of that nature.. My boyfriend and I can't currently have him because of our living situation.. until we have an apartment in a couple of months(2-4) we need someone to take care of him and give him the same unconditional love that we have for him.. Please if you or anyone you know is looking for a kitty please share this with them, help us find our baby boy a home.. Thank You!

Story
Meet Marty! Marty is estimated to be 13 months old. We say estimated because he came to us on May 25th when he was found with his 2 siblings, his mom and another older cat at a local park in a dog cage. Marty and his two siblings developed a cold after being rescued. They were taken to the vet where a special test was done to see what was going on with them. The test came back as positive for FHV which is an upper respiratory condition that will cause him to sneeze, showing signs of a little cold. A flareup may happen whenever something stressful comes up and being left in a dog crate at a park is probably what brought it on. It is not a serious condition, but it is contagious to other cats (not to dogs and humans). The full diagnosis name is Feline Herpes Virus. He does sneeze every now and then but has shown no further symptoms and he may never develop any further symptoms. A good diet and a stress-free environment would be excellent for him. Marty is a playful, curious, energetic boy. He and his sibling Moe love to do parkour and chase each other around. He will run in front of you daring you to chase him. Marty is friendly with the fosters dog and with proper introduction, Marty would do well with a small cat friendly dog. Marty is vaccinated, neutered, combo tested negative, rabies and microchipped. If you would like to know more about MARTY, please contact his foster mom at - alikat52@yahoo.com. A meet and greet can be arranged with an approved adoption application. An application can be obtained at whiskerstails.org

Story
Meet Moe! Moe is estimated to be 13 months old. We say estimated because he came to us on May 25th when he was found with his 2 siblings, his mom and another older cat at a local park in a dog cage. He currently weighs 12.8 lbs. so he is not a little guy. Moe and his two siblings developed a cold after being rescued. They were taken to the vet where a special test was done to see what was going on with them. The test came back as positive for FHV which is an upper respiratory condition that will cause him to sneeze, have a runny nose whenever a flareup occurs. A flareup may happen whenever something stressful comes up and being left in a dog crate at a park is probably what brought it on. It is not a serious condition, but it is contagious to other cats (not to dogs and humans). The full diagnosis name is Feline Herpes Virus. He does sneeze every now and then and he may never develop any further symptoms. A good diet and a stress-free environment would be excellent for him. He is such a character compared to his siblings. He acts like a dog! He plays fetch (see his video) and will bring a cat toy to your feet and tap your ankle to throw it so he can fetch it. He is a lap cat, neck cat, armpit cat - he wants to be near his human, if you lay down, he is right there with you, purring up a storm. If he is sitting in a high place and you walk by, he will tap you on your shoulder to see him! Oh, if you say, 'I'm going to get you' and take step towards him, he runs and hides and will run back out to have you chase him! He is dog friendly with the dogs in his foster home. He hasn't been around a larger dog, but I believe as long as the dog is cat friendly and with proper introduction, it would be no problem. Moe is vaccinated, neutered, rabies, combo tested negative and microchipped. If you would like to know more about MOE, please contact his foster mom at - alikat52@yahoo.com. A meet and greet can be arranged with an approved adoption application. An application can be obtained at whiskerstails.org

Story
Meet Patches! Patches is estimated to be a 1 yr. old white and black bicolor Tabby cat with a harlequin pattern. She was left in a dog crate at a local park with her sibling and her siblings three 6-month-old kittens. It was probably a hard decision for that person to make since the cats were all sweet and social. Patches is a calm, shy, sweet girl whose personality is starting to emerge as she is getting comfortable in her foster home. She is turning into a talker, letting her foster mom know when she's hungry. She has a little birdlike meow! She will need someone who will be patient and will allow her to relax and feel comfortable in her new home and environment. Patches is spayed, up to date on her vaccinations, combo tested negative, microchipped. If you would like to know more about PATCHES, please contact her foster mom at - alikat52@yahoo.com. A meet and greet can be arranged with an approved adoption application. An application can be obtained at whiskerstails.org

Story
Junior was a street rescue who has been sweet and kind. He loves petting and laying around. He has been raised with two small dogs and two other cats so he gets along with everyone. He currently eats dry food with wet foot twice daily but he can adapt to new situations. He has a ton of love to give and likes sitting on laps.

Story
Frank is a 6-year-old tabby from New York. He was born in the Bronx but raised in California. He is an independent creature who loves exploring the outdoors. He was kept indoors for half his life but has now decided to spend most of his time outside. He still comes in to lay on our chest and snuggle when he feels like it. We now have two little boys and have decided to move to Europe soon. We would like to find Frank a loving family before we leave so he can continue to enjoy the Californian lifestyle he loves.
