Story
Lucy is a 6-year-old, 46-pound beagle/bluetick coonhound mix who is the sweetest pup you will ever meet and is so eager to please and make you feel loved! Her superpowers include being potty trained, leash trained, getting along great with other dogs and all people and loving to cuddle. She knows “sit” and “crate” but would prefer to have someone home with her most of the time so that she can provide all the love! Her barking is minimal except for when she’s super excited (usually when her humans come home) or sometimes when left alone. Her favorite things are car rides, treats, cuddles, tug-of-war and long walks. We believe Lucy had great training from her past owners and is looking for her forever home where her skills can shine!

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
