Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Say hello to Jade! She is a 4-month-old, 23LB Weimaraner puppy who came to us with her sister, Lilac, in hopes of finding her forever home here in WA! Jade is a very sweet little puppy with a loving temperament. She is still gaining her confidence and will thrive in a home that is committed to her basic obedience training and helping her become more exposed to the world. Since she’s a puppy, she will require all the basics that a puppy needs meaning potty training, obedience training, and setting the proper boundaries needed for her to continue becoming her best dog. She has done great with other dogs and would love another dog in the home as a playmate and to show her the ropes. She could also do fine as an only dog as long as she had continued socialization. Jade is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and spayed. Her adoption fee is $500.

Story
Hola!! Mi amo Winona, como esta??? I am doing pretty well! Except I am still looking for my furever family.... :( I was found as a very very young puppy, with my siblings on the side of the road. No one knows where my mama is... unfortunately in the south LOTS of "people" would rather kill the product of unaltered female and male dogs than actually just get them spayed and neutered......... and very likely that is why we were left so carelessly on the side of a road at 2 weeks old.... just to die... Anyway, off my soapbox because so so many people and rescues in the south are working hard to overcome stupidity and do the right thing so it doesn't happen to other pups! I am a sweet and really gorgeous girl. My siblings and I looked very pittie and weimaraner size/temperament and personality wise. I have a gorgeous apricot colored coat with some blonde highlights (the kind you get at a fancy hairdresser :), mine were FREE :) I am now 3.6 yrs old and in my maturity I have stopped all the puppy antics- no chewing, barking, digging, peeing or pooping all over the place for me!! i am well mannered, will hang out with you while you work and then we can go for a walk or a run and then binge watch Masterchef (I LOVE ME some GORDON RAMSAY!!) until we get sleepy! That is my ideal day, so if you are down for hanging out with me all the time, fill out the adoption application and just give me happy and loving home please!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Story
So my foster mom named me Jager (after one of her favorite drinks... JagerMEISTER....) I am not sure why I remind her of drinking... but I definitely prefer a name and a foster home with food EVERY DAY and LOVE with ALL KINDS OF STUFFED TOYS to starving on the streets....so call me whatever you want foster lady, I am OK with it!! I am a busy boy, with the most SWEET nature. I LOVE toys and other dogs and would really be best in a home with a playful friend and kids too? I even like kitties!!! I will promise to be a good boy and love you as much as you will love me :) I am a Weimer/hound mix we think!!! Hard to tell my breed mix, I have the most GORGEOUS SILVER fur but it is very hard to identify what my mom was and what my dad was.... we generally call it San Antonio Street Special- and I am SPECIAL! ADOPT ME, I AM WAITING FOR YOU, I can even bring my OWN TOYS TOO :) Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

These pups are in Bothell, Washington too!

Story
Animal Profile: Harvey is a 1.5 year old neutered male pit bull pointer mix who was rescued from Texas as a pup. Harvey does well with dogs and people, and has made a lot of strides in foster care. We look forward to finding his forever home.  Foster Update: Harvey is a sweet, well mannered bully boy who loves a good snack and enjoys playing with toys. He is social and friendly with other dogs, and gets along great with the resident dogs in his foster home. We think Harvey would do well in a pack but could equally thrive as an only dog, provided he has a human companion to hike or play ball with, and then cuddle on the couch. Harvey has a good on and off switch; he's always down for adventure but doesn't need strenuous daily exercise for fulfillment. Harvey's been working hard on his manners and impulse control in foster care; he has taken well to loose leash walking and place command. He's also house and crate trained. Harvey is not exuberantly friendly meeting new people; he's more standoffish but not rude, and warms up quickly.  Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $350 which includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations per AVMA standards, negative heartworm test if over 6 months, and microchip with lifetime registration. Adoption fee may be tax deductible as Dog Gone Seattle is a 501c3 organization. Apply Online: www.doggoneseattle.org/adoption-application Animal History: This dog is being transferred from our partner DAAG in Texas and arriving to Seattle area foster care on 1/04/2024. This dog will be fostered in the greater Seattle area and available for adoption once evaluated.March 10, 2025, 12:04 am
