Willoughby is an 11 year old, 10 lb Chihuahua mix, and we think he may be part Miniature Pinscher. This senior fellow was living a perfectly happy life until his beloved person became ill and could no longer care for him. Humane Tomorrow promised that we would find another great home for him. Foster mom calls him Willy for short, and she says that he is a little cuddle bug. He would love nothing more than to lay in your lap and get lots of petting. He also likes to chew on his little toy, but that's about the extent of his playing. Willy has been through a big change in his life, so he is a little shy at first and may take a little time to warm up and trust. Once he does, he just wants love. He is housetrained and well behaved. Wendy is a 15 year old dog that has old lady ways. She spends the majority of her day napping in her bed. She does love being outside to soak up a little sun on a pretty day. Wendy operates on ‘Wendy time’. When she goes outside she may potty and come back in, or she may saunter around the entire yard sniffing and smelling everything. She has some hearing loss, so calling her does little good. She no longer has crystal clear vision either, but she will gladly come inside when she spots foster mom headed that way. Wendy didn't care for the kibble, so foster mom bought her a fresh food blend, and she said 'that's more like it!' She sleeps in her big, fluffy bed beside foster mom's bed. She doesn't like to be crated, but her house manners are perfect, so no need for a crate. Finding an adopter for a 15 year old dog will be a challenge but Humane Tomorrow has a big heart where senior dogs are concerned. Wendy had a perfect life going on when her person developed health issues that ultimately cost her the home she loved. She’s looking for a quiet home with someone who has as big a heart for seniors as Humane Tomorrow does. Wendy has received good medical care under Humane Tomorrow and is doing great for an older dog. She’s a sweet, adorable little girl that will appreciate all the love you can give her.

Angel is a tiny, gentle Chihuahua who loves being held and staying close to her human. She is almost two years old, and when we say she is tiny, we are talking 6 lbs tiny. Her loving eyes shine with sweetness. Though she can be a little shy at first, she is friendly with everyone in her foster home. Angel is crate trained and sleeps quietly in her crate next to foster mom's bed. She is making great progress on her potty training. She gets very excited for mealtime and treats. Angel gets along with other dogs, but she would also be a wonderful only pup and devoted companion. Please submit your application, and an adoption counselor will contact you.
