Story
We took Stella in last November from someone who was allergic to her, at the time she was estinated to be 14wks old. Now shes about a year old. Up to date with shots and has a microchip. She is not fixed. We'd love to keep her but she is becoming aggressive with our older dog, she'll have to go to a home where she is the only pet. When she is not pushing the older dog out of our attention, Stella is a sweetheart. She loves to curl up with you on the couch. Plays tug of war with my son, and the other dog when they are getting along. She is crate trained, she's in kennel while we're at work and when we go to bed. She is a chewer when left unattended. With the right owner and being the only pet Stella will thrive and be a great companion.

Story
Sweet little Oreo is a 5 month old female pittie puppy. She, her sister and her mother were a local surrender when the family that had them could not meet their needs.  The mom, Ronnie, was a stray and the family took her in only to have her become pregnant.  Five puppies were born on Christmas Day.  The human family took care of this canine family as best as they could.  They found homes for 3 of the puppies, but there were 2 left.  They reached out to Seventh Heaven Rescue for help.  Some volunteers met the mom and 2 puppies, who were all very sweet and friendly.  The rescue was able to find some fosters for all 3.  All were taken to the vet for vaccines and checks.  These pups are now adjusting to their new life in their fostser homes.  Oreo is the smaller and shyer of the 2 puppies.  She was never socialized or left the home, so everything is new for her.  Every day she has been making steps to feel more comfortable.  She really likes following her humans around, and she adores children!  She was living with a younger child the first 5 months of her life, and is now being fostered with children.  She likes to snuggle up with her humans.  All Oreo has ever known is her canine family, so she's adjusting to being around new dogs.  It was scary for her at first, but she is slowly getting more and more comfortable with the resident dogs in the foster home.  Oreo has been doing great with crate and potty training.  She is a typical puppy who likes to chew, jump and run around. She has been easy to redirect when chewing on something she shouldn't.  With proper socialization, training, and love, we are confident that Oreo will become the perfect dog!  She will need an adopter that is patient while she decompresses and has the time to devote to her training.  Oreo's adoption fee is $450 which goes towards spaying at our vet, vaccines and medical care up to adoption, microchip and costs associated with fostering. ##2062070##

This 2-year-old mix of American Pit Bull Terrier, Australian Cattle Dog, and American Staffordshire Terrier will win your heart with his devotion and playful nature. Weighing in at 40 pounds, Bingo is a medium-sized bundle of joy who loves nothing more than to play fetch and chew on his beloved stuffed toys and Nylabones. Bingo's unique charm shines through in his quirky habits. He absolutely adores ice cubes and will eagerly run to the fridge with you for a treat. He also has a soft spot for pup cups from Starbucks. Despite being mostly deaf, Bingo is a smart cookie and responds well to hand commands like place, sit, down, and stay. He's a graduate of The Dog Wizard of Knoxville, and his training can continue with his new family. Bingo is fully potty trained and will ring bells hanging on the door to let you know when he needs to go out. He's also crate trained, making bedtime and alone time a breeze. Story
Are you familiar with Acacia? Pronounced uh-kay-shah, Acacia is a tree that grows in the harsh savannahs of Africa and has become a representation of resilience due to its hardy nature in harsh conditions. Our dear Acacia is a lot like her namesake. With a brindle coat like sun dappled dry grasses under an acacia tree, Acacia came to us through our cruelty department and has shown us that having a rough start to life hasn't made her as harsh as the desert. She's sweet like ice cream at the end of a hot day and is currently looking for her forever family to melt into. And that family having children or other dogs will only help her warm up faster!Acacia, though resilient as the tree, is not as solitary. She is not one for standing as a lone sentinel in expansive grasslands. She prefers the comfort of the forest and to be surrounded by her family. Being only two-years-old, Acacia hasn't learned yet what it means to have a dedicated family that's going to come back to her at the end of the day. Every day. And she'll need a family with the patience to teach her that and help her develop the confidence to be left by herself until her family returns. She is a very sweet & happy girl with lots of energy. She was a top student in our shelter training class; she loves to learn and train. She also loves toys and other dogs. We think she would make a wonderful companion in an adult home.

Story
For Precious, age ain't nothin' but a number! At eight years old and fifty pounds, Precious is the Betty White of canines: sassy, spunky, and street-smart. She loves treats, toys, and adventure. Precious came in with her friend, Coco (also available for adoption) and another dog when her family could no longer take care of them. Precious is a proud member of the doggy playgroup and loves car rides and lower back scratches. We think she would do well in almost any home. Precious has a lot of living to do, and she knows that her best years are yet to come. She hopes she can share them with you!
