Story
Annabelle is seriously the sweetest girl. I found her and some of her siblings in the Norfolk VA area, unfortunately i already have two cats and can only keep one of the kittens I found. She is doing so well with my cats and I think she would do best in a home with friends! She is playful and silly and very curious! Her and my adult female get along very well and love playing together. I have had her for about a month and she is about 95% litter box trained with no accidents in the last two weeks. She truly is the best girl and I would love to have her. She deserves only the best please reach out if you think she would be a good fit in your home!

Story
I found Noktis four or five years ago while walking my newly acquired large dog with separation anxiety in Union City, CA. My dog lunged at Noktis' mother and she ran away, leaving Noktis behind. He was the only kitten with her and was very easy to pick up. I realized he was in a terrible condition. Noktis' eyes were glued shut by some sort of infection. He was small enough to fit in the inner pocket of my jacket, so I took him home to a room I rented in the same city. I woke up my then-boyfriend and he helped gently dab away the run-off so that the little kitten's eyes opened the tiniest bit. I couldn't keep him because I already owned another adult female cat along with my large dog. I was ready to give Noktis away but X grew attached and wanted to keep him. Noktis' has a very high pitched meow. He's a wild kitty who growls as he eats his food. He loves his brother Cloud very much! He comes together with Cloud or not at all.

Story
I would like to rehome my black kitty Jasper because I realized recently that I unfortunately have allergies to cats. He’s the sweetest kitty and loves to lounge around. He loves to eat gravies, bird watch and sleep in bed with you sometimes. All he needs is a sweet and gentle owner.

Story
Sweet but Shy Cat Looking for a New Home Meet Yoda, an 8-year-old cat with a quiet, reserved personality. While she may seem standoffish at first, she can be incredibly sweet once she warms up to you. She has been spayed and front declawed (done by a previous family member) and is up to date on her rabies vaccine (next due November 2025). Yoda would do best in a home without young children, as she hasn’t adjusted well to our 7-month-old. She prefers a calm environment and would thrive with a patient owner who understands her skeptical nature. We’re including everything she’ll need: ✔️ Litter box & litter ✔️ Cat tree ✔️ Food ✔️ Flea & tick medication (if you plan to let her explore outside) Due to an upcoming move for work, we’re hoping to find her a loving home as soon as possible. If you think you’d be a good match for Yoda, please reach out!

Story
Leyla's Personality Beauty and brains, sweet and just a little bit sassy. This little charmer, whose nickname is "Miss Bean," will win you over in no time. Leyla loves hanging out with her foster parents and is always close. She likes to lay next to you on the couch - just provide a nice, soft fleece blanket. Leyla is super friendly and loves, loves, loves being brushed. She enjoys a gentle routine and rewards you with soft purrs and gentle head butts. Leyla came into SPCA's care pregnant - delivering six healthy kittens two days later. Once her kittens were weaned and adopted, Leyla became more playful as she learned to be a kitten again! Leyla goes nuts over a catnip-filled pillow. She sometimes gets the zoomies and chases just about anything that moves. Miss Bean won't wake you up for breakfast in the morning, but waits patiently by your side until you pet her, then she starts the day with the loudest purr. She loves to sleep on a soft blanket on the bed at night and occasionally chases your toes under the covers. Her favorite things are catnip toys, getting brushed and showing off her trick sitting on command for treats. If Leyla can’t find you, she lets out a little meow, and comes running when you call. She loves people, and is not shy at all. She is a perfect little companion. What Type of Home Leyla Needs This sweet, sassy girl needs a home where people are around for her to hang out with. She is not demanding, but likes to be near people. Leyla likes to be in charge of her territory and needs to be the only pet - no other cats or dogs. When Leyla is unsettled or anxious about new things, she can get a little over-stimulated and nip your hands - so no young children now or in the future. An older, cat-savvy child who has lived with cats before might be ok (over about 12 years of age). This behavior has subsided in her foster home now that she has settled in. Where Leyla Came From Leyla was rescued from outdoors by a kind man who found her abandoned in a park shortly before giving birth to six healthy kittens (all adopted). She was such a sweet, nurturing mama. Now its time for Leyla to have a home of her own.PLEASE NOTE:  we only adopt to residents of the DC metro area, which includes DC, Prince Georges and Montgomery Counties in MD, and Arlington, Fairfax, Prince William, and Loudoun Counties in VA. Story
Hi, Gatita is from a litter of 4 kittens that were born in April of the last year. Her mom is a cat we adopted a year ago and we didn't know she was pregnant. Two of them were adopted when they were little but the other two were waiting for a new family to adopt them but didn’t happen. We are in a bit of a hurry to find them a new home because we already have two cats and a large breed dog at home. It is impossible for us to cover the vet fees and to spray them, these two siblings who are male and female need a forever home who love them and take care of them. They will thank you with unconditional love and lots of affection.
