FOSTER CARE! Awhoooo! I'm Emilio! I'm a 2 year old, neutered male, 60 pound Chocolate American Staffordshire Terrier / Husky mix and I'm excited to meet you! I'm a very affectionate boy but I can come on a bit strong. It's only because I'm so stoked to see you! I love giving hugs and will try to sit on you. I'm as cuddly and huggable as can be! My ideal home will be with adults only who are ready to devote lots of time and energy giving me love, training and exercise. My foster family absolutely loves me! Here's what they have to say: 'Emilio is a joy to have in our home. He is a little shy at first but once past that, he is the sweetest, most loving, cuddly, and playful boy. He is great with our dog Margo, our cat, and all other dogs we meet outside the house. We leave him loose in the house with Margo and he hasn't chewed or destroyed anything. He doesn't go in the trash or on the counters. Potty training is almost nailed down. He is really good with sit, stay, down, and shake commands and eats his meals in the crate with the door shut(we are working on crate training). He LOVES walks (especially when he can run) snuggles, sunbathing, play time and chew toys. His recall off leash is good. He has a lot of puppy play energy and would be good in an active home or a home with another dog he can be friends with.' Pogo is an amazing ~1yo micro American Bully weighing only about 25lbs (basically he’s a nice cocker spaniel/beagle size), who came to rescue after trauma and having his front leg amputated. That doesn’t stop this fun pogo stick! He races and hops around no problem! He is great with everyone he meets- people, dogs, cats, and even farm animals. Really well adjusted little dude. He’s cratetrained and housebroken. He has the personality to become mayor of your town, everyone loves him and he loves everyone! Foster, Adopt OR Foster-to-Adopt me! Sweet pittie Tito has beautiful eyes, a contagious grin… and a purr? Two-year-old Tito is healthy, potty trained, walks well on leash, and loves learning new tricks. Long hikes on the weekend get Tito’s energy out, and he spends his weekdays napping on blankets near his foster mom. Tito is easy-and naturally quiet. He rarely barks, but makes piggy snorts and purrs throughout the day. (We think he’s 1/3 dog, 1/3 cat, and 1/3 pig!) Tito was shy when he arrived at the shelter, but warmed up with treats and attention. He bonds tightly to any gentle person who shows him patience and love. Once you’re his person, sweet Tito enjoys giving kisses, getting couch cuddles, and making you laugh with silly bum-wiggles! Tito loves other dogs, and easily made friends in shelter playgroups. He will be a fantastic brother for another dog. Tito needs a dog-savvy home, ideally with a yard so Tito can roll around on the grass. (As we said - part pig.) We recommend a home without small children; Tito seems to like kids, but can be a bowling ball when he gets the zoomies. He needs a patient family that commits to positive training methods - this gentle boy needs spoiling, not discipline! We just don't get it. Buster Brown has been with us forever and gets passed over time after time. He's been waiting so very long to go home. If you give him just five minutes to warm up to you, Buster is the sweetest, funniest, and most well-behaved dog you'll ever meet. He loves to lie at your feet and hang out near you all day.
