She already knows commands like sit, wait, stay, and leave it, and she's always up for learning new tricks. She's even learned how to slow her walk while crossing pedestrian bridges. She's up to date on vaccinations, flea, tick, and heartworm prevention, and she's already microchipped and spayed. One thing to note is that Mohini is heartworm positive, but don't let that deter you! Heartworms are easily treatable and are not contagious. Thanks to the generous support from the Friends of Wake County Animal Center, Mohini has a $600 sponsorship to help her forever humans cover the cost of treatment. With the right care and treatment, she'll be back to full health in no time, ready to enjoy a long and happy life with her forever family. Whether you have other furry friends or kids at home, proper introductions and supervision are imperative! We recommend slow introductions over time to any resident cats or dogs.
