Story

Rosie is a very sweet house hippo disguised as a dog. Snuggles and treats are her favorite things in the whole world. She loves all humans, tiny and big, however, she doesnt understand that she is 60 lbs and could easily knock over tinier humans. Rosie came to me from a small 501C rescue in Selah, WA in mid-July. The rescue she was in was very overcrowded, she had some injuries and suffered from eye irritation/allergies in the dust. She has been a wonderful addition to our family, however, due to our cats we cant keep her. The rescue told me she was friendly with dogs, kids, and cats. Her first meeting with our cats went pretty smoothly - she could have cared less that they were there, however, the oldest of our cats did not want her there and scratched her up and chased her out of the room. Since that interaction, Rosie has become reactive to our cats. If she were in a home where the cats were used to large dogs and didnt care she was there, she would be ok. Rosie is 2 yrs old.

Need to rehome ASAP. Unable to care for Blue. I no longer have the time to spend with him. Blue is a mellow dog, quite. Trained in door and also loves the outside. It is just sad I no longer have the time for him and it is not fair he spends most of the day in a kennel while I have to go to work. Also, I rent and having issues.

Story

It breaks our heart but we are looking to re-home our boy, Rocky. We recently had a baby and Rocky has unfortunately two instances of clawing at my legs while I’m holding the baby. Based on overpopulation and his anxiety, Rocky would likely not stand much chance in a shelter. With his people, Rocky is an extremely lovable guy. He wants nothing more than to snuggle next to you on the couch/bed while watching a movie. He likes short walks, but would prefer to just roam and lay around in a fenced in yard during the summer. He is extremely athletic so fencing would need to be fairly high. He knows the following commands: sit, stay, lay down, come through use of “yes” (though he can be stubborn when outside), kennel, and place. He will ultimately thrive in a home where he receives plenty of love, attention, and human companionship. If interested, would love to further share of Rocky’s quirks, preferences, etc.

Henry is a 2 year old extremely velcro pup who is very sweet, affectionate and loving. He does great with other dogs but can also live alone. He loves humans and is almost like a lapdog. Henry has received obedience training from a private trainer. He walks very well on leash and is a sweet, happy boy. Henry is currently about 50 lb and fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. He is heartworm negative, and kept on heartworm and flea preventative. Henry is being fostered in Texas, but can travel to any state, and even Canada for the right home. Minerva is a very sweet girl. She has been an emotional support animal for years and now that she is getting older (12 years old this fall) she needs a home that can support her. She has some health issues: --Skin issues which she takes Apequel for --She gets UTI's regularly which require antibiotics. When she gets an infection her feet/toes swell up. Antibiotics will clear this up, but vets are loathe to give her the antibiotics she needs without hundreds of dollars of testing. --Her hips bother her so she cannot walk more than a few blocks The only behavioral issue she has is leash aggression towards other dogs. If she sees another dog on the street she will growl and bark and try to lunge towards them. This makes it difficult to impossible to take her anywhere that other dogs might be. She has never injured another dog, but she has frightened many other dog owners. The ideal home for her would be a house without other dogs (she gets along with cats) with a yard and doggie door.
