He later then surrendered her to Summits Sanctuary. Because of her past, she is shy and scared of new people (especially men) but will warm up to you with love and patience! She is completely house trained and is spayed and up to date with all her vaccines. She LOVES playing with our puppies and almost every dog she meets.
