Cita is shy and was found by a local couple who housed her for months and she remained shy. Does okay with dogs, not great with cats and remains feral so will need patience. We have in her a barn yard area with a large dog and she loves it! Getting closer to humans each day and will take treats. Young healthy mamasita, her best bud is Mastiff Rockwell. He is her be all and end all. She would be great left to her own devices. She is NOT an indoor dog.

Story
Patches was born at the rescue April 2018. She is a beautiful highly athletic dog who loves to play hard with young dogs and loves car trips and being with her humans. She can scale fences and would be fun at agility classes. She is smart and loves her humans, fearful of children and fearful of some very large dogs and can be wary of new things and new people but overall she is balanced and has great potential to join a new home scene. We still have her because we had a hard time giving her up but now it is time she was better trained with clever tricks etc. She is highly housetrained.

Cattle dog mix, femaleLola is an Australian Cattle Dog, around 2-3 years old.  She and Barney are a bonded pair and need to be adopted out together.  According to their finder / foster, they are stellar houseguests. When they’re not playing with each other, they love to settle in for naps. Barney and Lola are housetrained, crate trained, and would do best in a calm and quiet home.  Both are microchipped and UTD on vaccines. Cattle dog mix, male, 2 yearsJake is  a 2-year old, ACD with a naturally stumpy tail.  He came to rescue with his partner Millie and their 3 puppies.  The pups have all been adopted and now Jake is looking for his forever home.  Jakes’ leg had been damaged prior to arrival, but this has resolved and he is completely healed. He has had x-rays and seen by a vet.   Jake is a dog of high caliper. He is completely respectful of people, totally social with dogs.
