Story
Cricket, the happy go lucky, goofy puppy we cannot get enough of! This handsome little dude gets along amazingly with EVERYONE, cats, dogs, kids, you name it! Though, he's occasionally a little shy with strangers, he warms up within a couple minutes with some treats, and extra lovin's! Other than Cricket's gentle, loving nature, his adorable looks, and silly ears, he's got THE cutest little wiggle butt! He wags his miniature little tail all around anytime you've got treats, talk to him like he's just a little baby (he is!), or give him all the belly rubs! He is one lucky pooch, too! His foster family taught him all the basics of family-doggy living, making him that PERFECT, well rounded puppy you've been looking for! & well, if you're not looking for the most perfect puppy on earth, then we suggest you keep on looking, as Cricket is by far, the best boy ever! We believe Cricket would do best in a moderately active home; for example, a family that enjoys hiking, playing catch in the yard, or even basic neighborhood strolls - or as your solo canine companion; he won't mind one bit!

Story
Meet the hambone of your dreams, Mister Angus! At roughly 3.5 months old, he's FULL of charm, love, cuddles, kisses, and absolute puppy goodness! Weighing in at a chunky 12 pounds, and standing less than a foot tall, he is somehow one of the best snuggle buddies ever. He adores being close to people, and is surely a velcro-dog at heart; and one of the most lovely puppies ever. Angus is a massive butt-wiggler, and will wiggle at just about anything that excites him. Treats? It's over. Baby talking? Are you kidding? It's end game! He suddenly just wiggles and does his very best to give you all the kisses you can imagine! This sweet little ham cannot get enough of tug as you can see, it's his all-time favorite, followed up by the best lap-snuggle session you could dream of!

Story
Mister Highland, they really don't come anymore sweet than this little boy! I don't even need to mention just how adorable he is! Look at his face and those big brown eyes! He's quite the model, AND snuggle bug, as you can see! As adorable as he is, it only gets better; this guy is just about crate-trained, and working on his house-breaking! At about 2.5 months old, weighing in around 9 pounds, yeahhhh he's the chunkiest, hammiest, most lovable little cattle dog I've ever met!! Not to mention he's also almost got his basics down, and is such a gentle little baby! Pups like Highland, with his adorable looks, and puppy-dog kisses- We have NO doubts that Highland will make someone so extremely happy, as he will do well in just about any active home!

Story
The sweet, sweet girl, Martha. As darling as can genuinely be, gentle-natured, and even-tempered; Martha steals hearts, and lots of treats! As we get to know more and more about her, she couldn't be anymore perfect! Martha LOVES other dogs, KIDS, and even cats, if she's properly fulfilled - otherwise she will chase! Just about anything willing to give her some loving & or playtime, Martha loves right in return. She is as outgoing, playful, and happy as can be! At about a year old, Martha currently weighs in around 35 pounds; she's definitely on the smaller side of the Cattle dog family, making her that PERFECT size for just about any family! Plus, she adores showing off some of her awesome tricks, like her renowned puppy dog eyes for treats, her wonderful 'sit', and wiggles! She is a JOY to be around, let alone interact with. We cannot get enough of her. OH, and did I mention she LOVES tug?! Stuffy toys, attention, and DEFINITELY being your best friend!

Story
Hi there, I'm, Harvey! I might be a puppy, but I’ve already mastered the art of loving big! I’m 7 months old, and my foster family says I’m adorable from head to tail—especially my ears! One look, and you’ll know exactly what they mean. My happy tail is always wagging, especially when I’m snuggling, playing, or just being near my people. Speaking of snuggles, I’m a pro. My favorite move? A full embrace hug where I wrap my paws around your neck. It’s my way of showing how much I care! When I’m not hugging, you’ll find me chewing on a bone (great for my puppy teeth), learning new things (I’m a quick study with sit, off, and wait), or shadowing my humans to see what they’re up to. I start my day with happy tail wags, kisses, and a quick potty break before breakfast and playtime. Afterward, it’s nap time—because even busy puppies like me need rest! Some days I even go to doggy daycare because I love playing with new friends! At night, I sleep soundly with some white noise and the comfort of knowing my people are nearby. I’ve been working on my confidence when I’m alone, and with a cozy blanket and calming sounds, I can self-soothe when I’m alone. I’m also crate-training for those moments when you’re away. I do well after a bit if I have something to keep me engaged, like a puzzle or a frozen Kong and calming music. I’m a social butterfly who loves dogs my size or bigger and understand their social cues like a champ! I haven’t met any cats yet, so I’m not sure what I’d think of them. I warm up quickly to women and kids, and with men, I just need a little extra time to sniff and feel safe—then I’m all in for belly rubs and snuggles! My ideal furever home could include other canine friends, kids, or just adults who are ready to love me and help me grow. I’d thrive with a family that’s around often, as I love being with my people. At my young age, I’m soaking up everything like a sponge and can’t wait to learn all the things with you! If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion with the sweetest snores, cutest ears, and a heart of gold, I’m your guy. Let’s make forever happen together! Harvey is fully vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and neutered. Our adoption process and application for this sweet boy can be submitted here: https://www.aplanimalrescue.org/adopt

Story
Meet Odin: Your New Best Friend!**Currently in a foster home!Odin is a big, lovable boy who is ready for a fresh start in a forever home! At just over 2 years old, he’s not only full grown, but also full of personality and a lot of love to give. Odin was originally adopted as a puppy, but due to a separation in his previous family, he is now looking for a new place to call home.Foster`s insight into Odin:- Odin is a gentle, goofy giant! - He is a timid dog and requires time to get comfortable with his surroundings. When first meeting people, he tends to shy away and observe from afar. Our first evening with him was all about letting him explore his new home (he checked out every inch!). Very soon, he was coming up to us for treats and pets. Over the next few days, he really started to show his true personality and goofy side. - He does well with our kids and our dog. He likes to play, but will often entertain himself with hops or chasing his tail. :-)- He loves to snuggle (sometimes forgetting his size) and will come up to you for hugs any chance he gets! He is a lover!- He loves to be outside and to go for walks. He does fantastic on a lease and will walk right next to you as you go. He is also an avid squirrel watcher. - He is house-trained and knows simple commands.- He has shown no behavioral issues so far: He does well in the car. He has had no aggression while playing or eating. He does well in a kennel, but has been sleeping with us at night. He has also been left alone in the house for short periods of time with no issues. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion who will reward your kindness with affection and joy, Odin might be the perfect match for you! He’s ready to find his forever home, and all he needs is someone who’ll give him a chance to shine. Could that be you?Interested in meeting Odin? Fill out an application and then reach out to set up a meet-and-greet with this gentle, handsome man!
