Story
I am not a very active girl, being 10 years old I prefer the quiet and calm. I am also housebroken, I am very good at keeping my kennel clean here at the shelter and am very good on a leash too. I don't care for the louder young pups I've met at the shelter, I get along with those who are older and calm. If you are interested in adopting this adorable 49 pound canine, please FILL OUT AN ADOPTION APPLICATION on our website www.safehavenforpets.org. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at 815-858-2265 or email us atsafehaven1471@gmail.com. Wahlaby's adoption donation is $100 which includes her vaccinations, spay/neuter, Heartworm test, Lyme test, Bordetella, flea & tick preventative, heartworm prevention, deworming, and microchip. Please visit our website www.safehavenforpets.org to learn more about this amazing pet and to see other available dogs and cats.

Story
Mister Buckley has GOT to be part rabbit with those ears! They never stop cracking us up, and throwing in his amazing, outgoing personality; it doesn't get much better than him, honestly! This sweet little guy is only about 7 months old, and just about 30 pounds, and while he may be small, his personality is BIG! Taking the world on in strides, fully prepared for adventures as such a little docile baby, yet more than willing to cuddle in the crook of just about ANYONE'S arms. Buckley gets along well with all other dogs, kids, and cats! Making him a PERFECT fit for just about any loving home! Especially if you're willing to give him plenty of belly rubs and playtime, then young Buck will have absolutely ZERO complaints. My favorite trait of Buckley's is how he romps and runs with all the other dogs, he doesn't hesitate even with the bigger ones; and just quickly befriends them! He's seriously the sweetest! From his great behavior, and his understanding of basic commands, we believe him to be house-trained, and definitely crate-trained! My adoption fee is only $210! This fee covers all of my vaccines, microchip, nex/heartguard, heartworm test, AND my spay/neuter! Think I might be the perfect fit for your home? You can apply for me here https://animalwelfarefriends.org/adopt/application/ OR you can apply in person when you come visit me any day during business hours! You can even adopt me that same day once approved!! Please Note: All adoptions are on a first-come first served basis with approved adoption applicants. We do not hold animals unless the adoption is out-of-state, and fees apply. The animal's welfare is our first and only priority, in doing so, they are moved from the shelter into their respective homes as quickly, & humanely as possible to remove the risk of undergoing extreme stress, compromising the immune system, & behavioral concerns. DISCLAIMER: Genetic Breed accuracy is NOT guaranteed; we assess by the following: Interview with or paperwork from with the previous owner Intake evaluation observations (behavior, physical appearance, and energy level) Source documents from which to analyze characteristics Consultation with other staff

Story
Sweet, little Dakoda-girl! Her favorite thing to do is engulf herself in your arms and stay there, content, and as seriously lovey as can be. Koda is a true heart stealer, I'll let you know ahead of time, I think if she could spend all of her time going between napping, cuddling, playing, and some more cuddling, she would be one happy camper! Despite being only 6 months old, and 21 pounds, Koda is 100% house-trained, crate-trained, and very well-mannered. She is a petite little cattle dog that adores other dogs, cats, and kids; who doesn't ever have a care in the world. She is beyond a doll, I will say that, and when she's licking your face as much as she can, and wagging her tail at you, I know you'll feel the exact same about her! My adoption fee is only $310! This fee covers all of my vaccines, microchip, nex/heartguard, heartworm test, AND my spay/neuter! Think I might be the right fit for your home?
