Story
Meet Rascal:  Rascal is a 2 year old Cattle Dog/Shepherd mix that weighs around 35 pounds.  Rascal was rescued from a high kill shelter a day before she was to be euthanized.  Rascal loves attention and is very sweet.  Rascal can be dog selective but has no reaction to cats. We recommend older children because Rascal is energetic and sometimes jumps on you. Overall Rascal is a nice girl...just needs some work and stability. Rascal is house and crate trained but needs some work on her leash walking. Rascal will need a fenced in yard where she can run and a family that is very active and experienced. Rascal will make a great dog in the right home. Rascal is up to date on all her shots and spayed. If you were interested in adopting this sweet girl, please go to our website at charliescrusaders.org and fill out our adoption application. Story
Louie is a 6 year old, 37 lbs , cattle dog mix. He is a good boy who loves car rides, hikes, playing ball, and cuddling in the mornings. Unfortunately, he does not trust small children and with the newest addition to our household, needs to find a good home without children in it. He currently lives with a cat but will chase her to protect food. He likes dogs that are his size and smaller as well as larger submissive dogs. He is very trainable as he is a very smart boy. He is housebroken and can be left alone without having to be crated or gated. He can be reactive on a leash but this is as he is overly protective of those he loves. He has responded to treat training very well on leash in the past. We love Louie and only want him to go to a home who will love him like we do. He is a sweet boy and will be a wonderful addition to the right persons/people’s life!

Story
Hiya, I`m Link!A young boy like me is always ready for adventure, however I am looking for a partner that can take me through the serious training that I`ll need in order to be adventure ready. As I was a stray, I can be a bit nervous with new people and may take some time to make new friends. Once warm up I am a goofy ball of energy and love affection. I would enjoy the company of another dog that can handle my heeler energy and bouncy personality. I do ask any residence in the home be over 15 as I need work on being more social and am not a fan of sharing my things. If you`re interested in devoting time to have the best partner around, please stop by the shelter to meet me.---This animal is available by appointment only. Please reach out to schedule a visit with one of his handlers!---The Pennsylvania SPCA - Lancaster Center848 S. Prince St. Lancaster PA 17603Kennel #16516717-917-6979lancaster@pspca.org

Story
hi Sydney, this good girl is a 3-month-old cattle dog / blue heeler. She, her siblings and mama were surrendered to us from a Lancaster breeder when they no longer wanted them. She is about 15 lbs. The whole group is so sweet. They came to us scared and very nervous, clearly not very well taken care of at the breeder but they are all slowly coming around. They are starting to show us their sassy personalities. Day by day, they are gaining more and more confidence, and we are so excited for what the future has in store for them. Families will be very lucky to adopt on of these munchkins. Having a friendly and happy dog at home would be great! She would need to meet any resident dogs. She will come spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, 4dx tested. **If you are serious about adoption, please start by filling out the adoption application on our website www.phoenixanimalrescue.com Her adoption fee is $400** Phoenix Animal Rescue Chester Springs, PA Kennel License #5152

Story
Maeby is a four year old Blue Heeler born on March 13th, 2020. She is a very smart girl and is very loving and protective. She gets along well with our other dogs, however she tends to be reactive towards dogs she does not know well, along with people. Maeby will need someone who is willing to exercise her, ideally someone with a backyard or some land. She is very high energy and requires to be worked physically, as well as mentally. She is such a sweet girl and deserves a home that can give her everything she needs. She tends to be reactive on her walks (lunging at people, cars, and other animals), so she needs someone with patience. When she is not in an environment that overstimulates her, she is the best dog you could ask for. She knows tricks very well and can sit, stay, do paw, lay down and spin :-) If you have any questions regarding Maeby, please reach out!
