Story
Oscar is a purebred Aussie doodle from Houston, Texas. We got him as a puppy and have had him for just about a year. He’s playful, energetic, loving, and overall an amazing dog for almost anyone. As wonderful as he is, my family is growing and we do not have the time, resources, or space to give him the life he deserves. He’s great with cats, dogs and even children. I would like to rehome him to anyone that lives an active lifestyle, or at least has a large yard for him to able to run around and play. His fee is negotiable. But it is set to cover all of his recent vet bills. He is just over a year old, no he is update to date on all of his needed shots. He was also recently neutered. I will also give you his crate as well as a good bit of his food. Serious inquires only please, and feel free to ask any additional questions.

Story
Meet our handsome 4-5 year old Australian Shepherd boy we call Sebastian.   This 60 pound, sweet soul was found as a stray back about the second week of June and he was never claimed by anyone as lost.  He was not microchipped, not neutered and just wanting a place to be loved.  Critter Cavalry Rescue has stepped up to foster him and find the perfect match for this gorgeous boy.  He is heartworm negative and he has been treated for an ear infection and a hot spot that is common during the hot summer months with the long furred dogs.  He is good with other dogs, children and we are cat testing him now.  He is pretty good on a leash and rides well in the car.   He has been several places in the past month and is dealing with feeling a little displaced at times.  This boy is clean, soft, handsome and needing a good place to land with someone that understands the breed and who has a fenced yard for him to explore safety and off leash.  If you love the breed you cannot help but love Sebastian.  Please email us at ccrtennessee@gmail.com and we will be prompt to respond and definitely happy to speak with you on the phone about what he is all about. PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comJuly 14, 2024, 9:01 pm

Story
Meet Handsome Cooper.  This beautiful Australian Shepherd is 8 years old and only 24 lbs.  Cooper is a ball of energy and you would never guess that he was more than 3 years old.  He is having the time of his life now that he has a huge fenced in yard where he runs and plays.  He is not used to all this space as he had no yard before.  He only got walked for exercise.  Cooper came to Critter Cavalry because his mom could no longer take care of him.  This active guy loves people and is great with most dogs.  Cooper would enjoy an active family that will take him on walks and hikes.  He is smart too and would love a family that would teach him things.  He knows how to walk on a leash and doesn't pull.  He is the perfect companion for someone who would like to teach him commands agility.  Cooper has lived as an only dog and would be fine getting all the attention.  A fenced in yard is a must for this guy and when you see how much he enjoys it you will understand.  Cooper loves people and just wants to be where you are.  He is a very sweet and loving little guy.  He will be an excellent addition to your family.  Cooper has been neutered, is current on all his shots, heartworm negative, microchipped and he has had a dental.  To be considered for his forever family and to request an application please contact Vivienne at viviennejames@comcast.net.  APPROVED APPLICATION AND ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.  (Cooper is currently in Tennessee and can be transported north upon adoption.)July 14, 2024, 9:01 pm

Story
Hello my name is Eligible Eli and I was named after the song, “Eli’s a comin’ and hide your heart now…..– well it’s true.  I’m told that I can steal your heart the minute you meet me.  I am a 6 month old Australian Shepherd mix boy pup who is a heap of fun and playfulness.  Right now I weigh 28 lbs, very healthy, and an ideal family dog that is neutered, UTD on all vaccinations, HW preventation, microchipped, and ready for a new home.  A real plus is that I am absolutely wonderful with other dogs and versatile enough to even be the only dog as well.  I am having a blast playing in the fenced back yard with my foster sister and we are really a great tag team of playfulness . The only note is that I need to eat in private so I don’t protect my food from other dogs if you have one.  Just a quirk of mine that I developed early in life.  No big deal.  Only dogs are the ones I protect my food from.  I am vying for you all in attention and love. They say I have the softest  fur and the girls just love to run their fingers through my hair.  Hey I promise to be fun, cuddly, loving and handsome if you pick me to love and cherish.  I will be such a joy to have around because that is important to me.  Contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com if you are interested. PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com    July 10, 2024, 12:25 pm
