Summo is a 11 month old 78 pound Australian Shepherd Mix.  Summo is crate trained and house trained.   While he is crate trained, Summo is very playful and will need lots of time being active as he is young.  Summo does great on a leash and is very loving.  He loves to play with dogs his size, but is dog selective and still needs some training due to his size.  Summo loves getting pets and is a huge love bug.  With consistency and time, Summo would be the perfect large dog addition to any family.   If you are interested in adopting Summo, please apply online at www.crisisdogsnc.org. I am a herding breed of some type, because well I herd. Id love a farm or a doggie friend to stay active I had a rough start to life wiht an owner who left my puppy collar on and it grew into my neck. Now new things make me a bit nervous, but I am overcoming that and my silly side is emerging. I am bit goofy and playful, which makes everyone around me laugh. I'm also smart and quick to learn new tricks.. I am a little nervous with having anything around my neck still. I'm loyal and friendly, always ready to make new friends. Adopting me means gaining a funny, loyal, and energetic companion who will always be there for you! She is a higher energy breed who loves to play, she would not do well in an apartment and could use a fenced yard. She came into rescue with a chemical burn down her back and she will have permanent scaring. A few years ago,I purchased this dog from a reputable breeder when I was separated from my husband. We reunited a few years ago and now have two toddlers and another one on the way. Kaylee has always been a very loving and loyal dog. However, with each child introduction, she has proved she is not a fan of being around small children. Whoever takes her in and shows her love will have a friend for the rest of her life.
