I get along great with other dogs, cats, and kids, and I absolutely love to cuddle—whether it’s with my foster sister, my humans, or just lounging around after a good play session. I had a rough start in life, but you’d never know it now! I can be a little shy when meeting new people, but if you offer me a treat (or just some love and patience), I’ll warm up in no time. Once I know you’re my friend, I’m all about the snuggles, belly rubs, and fun! Right now, I’m working on my crate training and potty training—getting better every day! My routine is pretty simple: eat, play, nap, repeat. I do have a little food insecurity from my past, so I need a good, predictable feeding schedule and should be fed separately from other pets and little ones—just to help me feel safe and secure. As I continue to grow and settle in, expect my playful and energetic side to shine even more! Murphy came in with his brother Mack. Both are sweet, loving, mid- to high-energy boys. Murphy started out more independent than his brother and still probably is a bit, but he also seeks out attention from time to time and can be very affectionate. Murphy looks more like pure Aussie than his brother, but he may still be mixed. We'd love Murphy and Mack to be adopted together. Mack came in with his brother Murphy. Both are sweet, loving, mid- to high-energy boys. Mack has been just about the sweetest boy ever from moment one—extremely affectionate and just loves giving you big Mack hugs. He loves when you let him be a Velcro dog, but don’t get the wrong idea—when you need your own space, he is very good about not being pushy about it. Mack’s brother Murphy looks more like pure Aussie, but we’re pretty sure that’s Mack’s mix as well. We'd love Mack and Murphy to be adopted together. Penny is a wonderful dog! She is very active! We are rehoming her because she is not getting along with our cat. We fear our home is making her too anxious and is putting our cat at risk. Penny needs walked at least twice a day and does best with additional mental and physical exercise! Like most herding dogs, she wants a job! And in our house she has decided her job is to keep the cats in line and play fetch. Has never had an accident in the house. Very food motivated so very trainable. Good on leash, but leash reactive to some dogs. Does not really care for other dogs off leash, but not agressive. Shy and anxious, especially towards men. Takes several meetings before warming up to new people in her home. Great manners, does not jump up on people or lick faces. She doesn't really like being on the furniture unless you ask her to cuddle with you. She will cuddle for a bit, but then wants her space. Best to go to a home without kids over 6 since they would understand her boundaries.

Well socialized . Loving. Curious. Typical puppy. She is kennel trained ( with a sibling ) and does well with children and all other dogs .
