Story
We are looking to rehome our very loving 6.5 year old Australian Retriever as we have made the difficult decision that he is not the best fit for our home with a toddler and newborn. Hunter is a beautiful, high energy, and snuggly dog. He loves to play fetch, go hikes and long walks, play with his toy animals, and sit next to you on the couch for pets. Hunter, has been a wonderful part of our family. Unfortunately, a little over a year ago, he did snip and bite at our 10 month old and we have kept them separated since. It was a warning snip but we were not willing to risk the reoccurrence. We have recently welcomed another child and cannot confidently keep Hunter separated as our toddler grows increasingly interested in him. He is an amazing dog for those without little kids and we are hoping to find him a loving home that can be a better fit for him as we do not think it is fair to keep Hunter in his current environment. He has so much love to offer and will make someone so happy!

Now they are ready to join your family, as their next great adventure! *Siblings are not adopted out together. *Due to mix, Parks puppies will be highly active and need families ready to keep up! *Herding/working dog familiarity is beneficial when applying.
