This sweet lady is Shere Kahn! Shere Khan was transferred to the NSPCA with her baby from a rural shelter in NC in hopes of finding their forever homes. Shere Kahn has a goofy personality and loves treats as you can see from the photo above. We are unaware of Shere Kahn`s past and therefore are unsure if she is good with kids, cats or dogs but she is willing to give them a try for a chance at finding her forever home. Meet Trapper! He acts a little crazy in his kennel, but when you get him out he`s all cuddles and curiosity! Trapper walks well on a leash, the longer the walk, the better. Like most hounds, Trapper likes to lead with his nose and explore anything that catches his attention. He does have great manners though, and will check to make sure that you`re having a good time. Trapper is what we call treat-motivated. Show him a treat and he will do just about anything except `sit`. He`s working on it... Trapper is interested in toys but much rather hang out with his person. He is very affectionate and will want to jump on your for kisses and crawl into your lap for cuddles. Trapper gets along well with other dogs. He would be a great addition to any home. Come in and meet him today!
