Lucille is a tender-hearted gal with a quiet, calming presence. This lovely lady walks calmly on her leash and shares her trust by curling up in her friend’s lap for cuddles. Lucille is gentle, well-mannered, and enjoys soft treats.
Her playful side emerges when a squeaky toy enters the room— she does the cutest play bow when she gets excited. Lu allows handling with ease and just wants to be close to someone who will offer her love and security. She will make a great companion for a home that values warmth, patience, and lots of snuggles.
Eligible for rescue, foster, and adoption. Meet Lucille at ACCT Philly any day of the week from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

EVAL: Lucille was in a crate in the bank and was lying on her bed. she was curled up in a ball very nervous and let me reach in with the leash, i can’t remember if i needed leash pressure or called her forward. she walked slowly on leash and pulled minimally. in the room, she was timid and followed me to the bench, she had crawled up into my lap and laid her head down on me. she took soft treats only and sat very nicely for them, she perked up for a squeaky toy and looked at me when i ran around but then did a cute play bow . she was super sweet and just wanted to be held and cuddled. she allowed all handling and did pull her paw away at first but when i tried again she let me hold it. she was very gentle and laid back!
