Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ghost is an almost 2 years old male American Bully who was surrendered by his owner due to "no time". Ghost is VERY scared here at the shelter but once he comes out of his shell he is a wonderful boy who enjoys playing in the yard, butt scratches, and treats. He comes with "papers" from the ABKC. He is a beautiful cream/fawn color with white marks and cropped ears. His adoption fee is $150 and he will be neutered prior to leaving the shelter, he is microchipped, vaccinated and heartworm negative. Please call 630-553-9256 or email animalcontrol@kendallcountyil.gov or stop by during our business hours to meet him!

Kendall County Animal Control is the county agency responsible for enforcement of the state statutes governing rabies control in domestic companion animals. The State of Illinois requires that all dogs are vaccinated against rabies by a licensed veterinarian. Compliance with this law is monitored through the issuance of rabies tags for all dogs residing in the county. All dogs are required to wear their rabies tags when off of the owner's property. If a pet is lost, rabies tags also provide an excellent means of identifying your pet.
Kendall County Animal Control also enforces the county's ordinance that prohibits dogs from running at large in unincorporated residential subdivisions, investigates reports of animal bites, and will pick up contained stray dogs in unincorporated Kendall County during operating hours. Stray and owner released cats and dogs may also be brought to the facility during business hours. Cats and dogs are available for adoption at the facility.
