Meet Cinna! Cinna is a 5-year-old, 53-pound sweetheart with the most adorable forehead wrinkles you’ve ever seen! She’s a little underweight and could stand to gain a couple of pounds. Cinna is great on a leash, doesn’t pull too much (unless really excited), and is fantastic in the car, making her the perfect companion for walks and road trips. She’s house and crate trained, so she’s already got her manners down. This smushy girl is wonderful with dogs of all sizes and has a sweet, social nature. Found as a stray and brought to a shelter, Cinna hasn’t let her past dim her loving spirit. She adores attention, has the cutest sploot when she’s relaxing, and will melt your heart with her affectionate personality. She is more laid back and happy to relax around the house with you. She does show her entergetic side around other playful dogs and while playing fetch ect. She is pretty interested in cats, so a homewithout them will be best. Additional adoption info

Our adoption process starts with the applicant filling out an adoption application for the pet they are interested in. When they have completed and submitted the application, the screening process is started, which consists of a vet check, phone interview and home visit. Once all the steps are completed, we determine, by our findings, if they are approved, and if so, then they are allowed to adopt from our organization. The final step is they must complete the adoption contract, along with the donation for the animal, which goes into our medical fund to defray their medical costs. All of our animals are spayed and neutered, up to date on all their shots, including rabies, they are parasite free and on heartworm preventative.

More about this rescue

We are the Burlington County Animal Alliance (BCAA)located in Central New Jersey. We are a non-profit organization 501(3)(c), all volunteer rescue that saves animals from our local shelter and surrounding areas of New Jersey that are in danger of being euthanized. We take them into our program, get them the necessary medical care they need and adopt them back out to loving forever homes. We have 60 volunteers, many that open their homes to foster the homeless animals, we do fundraisers to raise money so we can continue to save the dogs and cats in need. We run strictly on donations from our adoptions and people who support our work.BCAA adopts to families in New Jersey, parts of Southeastern Pennsylvania and parts of New York.
