My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ryker is a two-year-old 78 pound tricolor, gentle giant that arrived at the Mesquite Animal Shelter on 1/16 as a stray. Ryker investigated the yard and did his is business immediately. It looked like he saved it so he may be housebroken. Then he came back and spent the time close to me. He kept looking up at me with his captivating hazel/brown eyes. He sits for treats and takes them gently. He’s calm, gentle, loving, well behaved, alert, and active but not overly so. He didn’t pull on the leash. He sniffed smaller dogs wagging his tail. We always ask if you have another dog to ask for a dog test. He is literally a diamond in the rough. He wants to be an inside dog. He deserves to be an inside dog, but because of his size he would need a yard to stretch his legs in. He’s too big for an apartment.
