Harvey is a cheerful 9-month-old shepherd mix with a zest for life and a heart full of love! Sharing his space with Hank, Henry, and Harriet, Harvey thrives on companionship—whether it’s with his doggie friends or his favorite humans.

This little guy loves meeting new people, wagging his tail eagerly for treats, cuddles, and affection. At his young age, Harvey is still learning the ropes but is well on his way to mastering basic commands like “sit.” With some guidance and training, he’s ready to become the most loyal and well-mannered member of your family.

Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Pep's Pals Rescue direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc.).

Our adoption fee is $400 plus health certificate ($50), transport ($200 for most locations) and spay/neuter deposit ($100). Your spay/neuter deposit will be returned when proof of spay/neuter is provided. This adoption fee includes all current basic vaccinations, deworming, microchip (with lifetime registration), fecal analysis, spay, and a heartworm test. All dogs are current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a health certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of transport.

After an applicant has been screened, we conduct a home visit, vet reference check and personal reference checks. If the applicant is approved, we schedule a meet and greet.
