Hank is a charming 9-month-old shepherd mix with a kind heart and an easygoing personality. Part of a lovable quartet with Henry, Harvey, and Harriet, Hank stands out with his calm demeanor and love for all things cuddly.

When he’s not busy showing off his sweet side, Hank is soaking up affection from anyone willing to offer it. He’s already picking up on “sit” and other good manners, making him the perfect fit for someone ready to help him continue his learning journey.

Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Pep's Pals Rescue direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc.).

Our adoption fee is $400 plus health certificate ($50), transport ($200 for most locations) and spay/neuter deposit ($100). Your spay/neuter deposit will be returned when proof of spay/neuter is provided. This adoption fee includes all current basic vaccinations, deworming, microchip (with lifetime registration), fecal analysis, spay, and a heartworm test. All dogs are current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a health certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of transport.

After an applicant has been screened, we conduct a home visit, vet reference check and personal reference checks. If the applicant is approved, we schedule a meet and greet.
