This handsome guy is Mickey! Although he's a little shy, once he warms up he's affectionate and sweet. When he is in the snuggle zone he will even make "biscuits" stick out his tongue! Mickey had some dental and respiratory issues when he first came to us, but he's responded well to treatment and is now enjoying life to the fullest. He needs a home with a patient human who's willing to invest the time needed to gain his trust and build his confidence. Open your heart to this beautiful cat and you'll gain a loving companion who brings joy to every day.

Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.
