My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Classic, beloved, and oh-so-sweet - Oreo is the perfect blend of playful and snuggly, just like the cookie that inspired his name! With a sleek black-and-white coat as iconic as those chocolatey sandwich layers and a charming kinked tail that adds a touch of uniqueness, Oreo is ready to add a little extra sweetness to your life. This irresistible boy is the ultimate double-stuffed companion: equal parts curious explorer and cozy cuddle buddy. Whether he’s chasing after a toy, soaking up the sunshine in his favorite spot, or curling up for a quiet moment with you, Oreo is guaranteed to melt your heart faster than a dunked cookie. Looking for a treat that’s impossible to resist? Come meet Oreo - you won’t be able to stop at just one look!

More about this shelter

Founded in 1868, The SF SPCA is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to saving, protecting and caring for cats and dogs. We do this through immediate care of animals that are homeless, ill or in need of an advocate, but we also work to educate the community, reduce the number of unwanted kittens and puppies through spaying/neutering, and improve the quality of life for animals and their companions.
