Hi there, I’m Galaxy! I’m a 10 week old black lab mix. I am cute and cuddly and so playful! I love snuggles but I really love to PLAY! I would enjoy having some furry siblings or kids to run around with me. I think that a big fenced in yard would be awesome too but if you don’t have one maybe we can go for lots of walks? I’ve been around big dogs, cats and kids of all ages and I love everyone. I can’t wait to find a forever home, is it with you?

All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations as age appropriate, heartworm tested negative ( puppies age 7 months and older) and microchipped. A puppy's adoption fee is $350. There is a $5 fee for credit/debit cards.

All of our dogs, cats, rabbits & ferrets are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. Small animals are usually not altered. We have adoption applications, a short interview process, and an adoption fee for each animal. All animals (except rabbits & small animals) are up to date on all shots.

We hold adoption events on Saturdays at Petsmart in Mishawaka from 11-3. We also hold other events throughout the year. You can also contact us directly regarding a pet seen here and we will set up a time for you to meet them in person. Company Overview
Heartland Small Animal Rescue Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization serving South Bend, IN and surrounding towns by taking in homeless pets and adopting them out into loving homes. We also work closely with local shelters to reduce euthanasia rates by pulling animals and putting them in our program.
