Hey there! My name is Neptune. I’m a 10 week old black lab mix and I’m told I’m very cute and cuddly. I enjoy playing with my siblings but I REALLY love cuddling with my humans. Some of my siblings are finding their forever homes and I can’t wait to find mine! I’ve been around large dogs, cats and kids of all ages and I get along with everyone. I’m pretty smart and would love to learn some new tricks! I would love a fenced in yard to play around in. I’m hoping it’s my turn, do you have room for me?

All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations as age appropriate, heartworm tested negative ( puppies age 7 months and older) and microchipped. A puppy's adoption fee is $350. There is a $5 fee for credit/debit cards.

All of our dogs, cats, rabbits & ferrets are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. Small animals are usually not altered. We have adoption applications, a short interview process, and an adoption fee for each animal. All animals (except rabbits & small animals) are up to date on all shots.

We hold adoption events on Saturdays at Petsmart in Mishawaka from 11-3. We also hold other events throughout the year. You can also contact us directly regarding a pet seen here and we will set up a time for you to meet them in person. Company Overview
Heartland Small Animal Rescue Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization serving South Bend, IN and surrounding towns by taking in homeless pets and adopting them out into loving homes. We also work closely with local shelters to reduce euthanasia rates by pulling animals and putting them in our program.
