Story
Currently in a Seattle foster home Cola is a bright and clever pup who was sadly abandoned but has kept his happy and loving spirit. Rescued just in time from a shelter, he’s now ready to find his forever home! Cola is smart and well-trained—he already knows sit, down, shake, and crate and picks up new commands quickly. He loves playing fetch and tug-of-war, but indoors, he’s calm and well-behaved. He sleeps peacefully in his own space and doesn’t struggle with separation anxiety. He’s not too interested in other dogs and may be a bit wary of those who bark at him, so he’d do best as the only dog in the home. He absolutely loves walks but needs a little guidance to stop picking things up from the ground. Cola is friendly with new people and doesn’t fear adult men. While he tends to bond more with grown-ups, he’s also gentle with kids. He enjoys car rides and waits patiently at the vet, even when he’s a little nervous. With a loving and respectful owner, Cola will shine as the loyal, affectionate, and well-mannered companion he’s meant to be. He’s the perfect mix of playful and calm—all he needs now is a family to call his own!

Story
Jongdal is a one-year-old female Border Collie, currently weighing around 13kg. She has a unique coat with a mix of brown and white, giving her a charming appearance. She was found abandoned and showed clear signs of neglect, but she was fortunately rescued by Dream Tails. Due to a lack of proper healthcare from her previous owner, she was infected with heartworm at the time of rescue. However, she has completed her treatment and is now in good health. Being only one year old, she is just beginning to learn about the world. As a typical Border Collie, she is very intelligent and has already learned basic commands like "sit" and "wait." With her high intelligence and excellent learning ability, she has great potential to become a wonderful companion through consistent training. Jongdal craves human affection and loves receiving attention from her owner. However, she may show jealousy towards other dogs due to her desire for affection. Considering this trait, she would thrive best as the only pet in the household, where she can receive her owners’ undivided attention She is friendly and loves everyone she meets, even strangers. She will eagerly approach new people and ask for pets and attention, showing her adorable, affectionate nature. Since she enjoys spending time with people, a new owner who can provide plenty of love and consistent training will help her grow into an amazing companion. Jongdal is loving and smart but also full of energy, requiring adequate physical activity and mental stimulation. With regular walks, playtime, and training, she will become the perfect furry companion. Jongdal is looking for a warm, loving family to spend her life with. If you can provide her with enough love and proper training, she will bring great joy and happiness to your life.

Story
Oreo is a 3-year-old male Border Collie/Jindo mix who was rescued from a shelter just before he was scheduled for euthanasia. Sadly, and for unknown reasons, before finding himself abandoned and alone at the shelter, his teeth had been deliberately ground down. Amazingly and despite this, he remains a lively, energetic, and otherwise healthy dog who is remarkably intelligent, craves human interaction, and is very loyal to his guardian. Oreo has the exceptional intelligence typical of Border Collies, fully understanding various commands such as "sit," "wait," and "house." He is also deeply loyal to his guardian and has a strong capacity for forming deep bonds typical of the Jindo breed. He is truly a remarkable dog who has the capacity to grow into an even more amazing companion through continued obedience training and by establishing a trusting relationship with his guardian. Oreo is incredibly affectionate and loves people. He is also very social and gets along well with other dogs. However, he has a habit of jumping when excited, which requires caution when a person is interacting with him in a low position. With consistent training, this behavior can be corrected. Being highly energetic, Oreo possesses excellent jumping ability. At the training center, he has been known to leap over fences—not out of a desire to escape, but due to his curiosity and strong attachment to his guardian. In fact, he has demonstrated behavior where he jumps over a fence when he hears his guardian's voice outside, only to return shortly after. For this reason, families with yards should ensure proper supervision, and a high-fenced environment may be more suitable. The Ideal Family for Oreo is: ✔️ Someone who understands the high intelligence and energy levels of Border Collies, the exceptional loyalty of Jindos, and can provide sufficient mental and physical stimulation ✔️ Someone with experience in training or handling large dogs ✔️ Someone who values bonding with their dog and is ready to build a deep connection ✔️ Someone who can provide ample space for Oreo to move and exercise freely Despite his heartbreaking past, Oreo still loves people and finds his greatest happiness in being with his guardian. With so much intelligence and energy, he has limitless potential to become the perfect lifelong companion if he meets the right family, one that understands him and is ready to provide him with love, care, and proper training. Oreo is waiting for his new family! ❤️
