Meet Cinco! Cinco was found dumped in our play yard by staff after hours. He is now ready to find his forever family! Cinco is a gentle giant, this sweet boy is well-mannered and has an amazing temperament. Cinco is very smart, he knows "sit" "down" and "speak". He loves toys, and plays very nicely with them! Whether it's treats or toys, Cinco is very motivated to learn more. He is very intelligent and enjoys learning new things. We have not seen Cinco around other dogs, but believe he would do best with other polite dogs. He would do best in a home without cats. Cinco loves children of any age! Story
Arbor is from a breeder she has been in one home since 8wks of age. She is 3yrs old and about 55lbs. She will need an experienced adopter due to the fact she gets nervous/scared of new people. It will take an adopter with patience until she gets comfortable with her new situation. She currently lives with 2 female adult mastiffs, an elderly male boxer and a 3yr old female boxer(whom she is not getting along with). She is very ball and treat driven. She knows the commands sit, shake, down, off, kennel and drop it. She knows the command come but has selective hearing with that word. She is crate trained and left in one when owner leaves the house. She is allowed on furniture and sleeps in owners bed.

Story
Gypsys DNA test results are mostly Boxer, Husky, and German Shepherd. She bounces on her front legs when she is excited or wants something (we now know that comes from the Boxer in her). Gypsy is around 5 years of age and weighs 70 pounds. Gypsy came from a bad home. She was not being fed and was severely underweight. So the people surrendered Gypsy and her puppies to animal control to avoid animal cruelty charges. We don't know why Gypsy has not been adopted yet. She is a very good girl and is the most obedient dog I have ever seen. She knows how to sit and comes when called. She is housetrained and very well behaved in the house. She likes her crate and sleeps in it with the door open. She walks well on a leash and rides well in a vehicle. Gypsy loves her toys, especially squeaky ones, and she loves playing fetch. Gypsy is active - she loves to run and play with toys and other dogs. She loves water and lays in the wading pool when it is hot, and we bet she would love snow. She gets excited about squirrels, cats, and critters on the other side of the fence. Gypsy normally does well with all dogs but gets along best with male dogs. She would also prefer a home without annoying toy dogs or puppies that get in her face. Gypsy loves human attention and is good with children. Gypsy is smart and might benefit from more obedience training from someone firm, patient, and loving. Gypsy is a sweet dog. She gets attached to her human and likes to lay under my desk when I work on the computer. Gypsy must be in the house as a loved family member. She must be walked on a leash and have a yard with a 6' fence to run and play. Gypsy spayed, tattooed, fully vaccinated (DAPPvL2, Bordatella, rabies), and microchipped. Gypsy had a light case of heartworms when we first got her. She is now heartworm-free and receives monthly heartworm and flea prevention. Gypsy is located in Texas but can be transported after she is adopted. Her adoption fee includes the cost of ground transport by a reputable and trusted transport company to Hagerstown, Linthicum Heights, or another location close to you. Story
They call me Exuberant, Handsome and Sweet but you can choose a new name for me when we adopt each other. I don’t care what you call me, as long as you call me. I’m a happy dog who loves people more than anything else in the world. I’m a 4 year old Pitbull Lab (?) mix, with a 22” collar and am very big and strong. The Vet said I weigh 73 pounds. Don’t let that scare you because I am just a mushy ball of love. I like to let everyone know how happy I am to see them by twirling around and wagging my tail as fast as it will go. This is usually when they call me Exuberant. I like to have fun. Because I’m such a good boy, I’m allowed in the house and have good potty manners. I prefer being inside with people at night especially. You can hold the TV remote for us. Since I have a lot of energy and need exercise, your large fenced yard will be well-used. My foster peeps say I need a family, not a job. They know that I’m a quick learner and will be someone’s best dog ever with some training. Because I’m big and young at heart, my new humans should have some experience with dogs and be able to work with someone of my stature. I promise I will try to do everything you ask enthusiastically. Fortunately, my past dog life doesn’t include any physical abuse so I’m not afraid of people or other animals. I don’t like loud booming noises (fireworks or dynamite) or gunfire so I wouldn’t be a good hunting dog. Health wise, I am terrific; up to date on shots and tested negative for heartworms. Recently I was tricked into getting “tutored” and woke up with my bubbles missing. Foster peeps say it means I will get my forever home very soon! Maybe it’s yours! I heard on Hound Radio that no one was interested in adopting me soI tried to join the circus and be a rodeo clown but was denied because I'm too cute! 4. I'm funny, personable, affectionate, CAT FRIENDLY, curious, and love to have a good time. 5. I'm smart and want to learn all sorts of things. Will you paw-promise to train me in obedience? Have some yummy treatos and I'll do just about anything. 6. If you live in an apartment, condo, townhome, smaller house, or have breed strict HOA rules, I can bypass those since I'm not a full blood German Shepherd! 7. I have a big secret to share with you...
