Story
Meet Floyd Maywoofer - The Sweet and Lovable SurvivorFloyd Maywoofer, a 10-month-old pup, has faced some tough starts in life, but he's come out stronger and more loving because of it. Despite his rough beginnings, Floyd has blossomed into a gentle giant with a heart of gold.A few things you should know about Floyd:He's had a bit of a tough start, which can be evident in his kennel behavior, where he may bark and show anxiety. However, once he's out and about with you or other dogs, all bets are off - he just wants to love and be loved!Floyd is a social butterfly (or should we say, social paw-flyer?)! He adores people and dogs alike, and will shower them with affection the moment he gets the chance.Despite his energetic nature, Floyd is still learning to navigate his emotions and may require patience and gentle guidance from his forever family. As you welcome Floyd into your life, be prepared for a never-ending supply of snuggles, sloppy kisses, and tail wags. With the right care and attention, Floyd will blossom into a loving and loyal companion who'll brighten up your world. The adoption fee for this pet is $75. This cost includes spay/neuter, microchip, and all vaccines.August 17, 2024, 6:00 pm

Story
If you are looking for a great dog, then look no further. Edward is a sweet, older guy that is house and crate trained (even though he does not need to be crated) and gets along with the other dogs in his foster home. He&#39s great with older kids too! Edward would make a great addition to any home and at 8 years young has lots of years left! He weighs around 48 pounds and loves to lounge outdoors but also really enjoys a comfy bed too. The adoption fee for all of our dogs is $250.00 and that includes their vaccinations, spay or neuter, rabies and microchip. Our dogs are also heartworm negative (or we will cover their treatment). To start the process please visit our website and fill out the adoption application (www.dfwrescueme.org) and from there the foster family can answer any questions and arrange a time to meet.August 15, 2024, 9:45 pm

Story
This incredibly sweet brindle baby showed up in our lives after being scheduled to be euthanized. We are fostering, loving her and seeking to find her a forever family. Is it you? Molly is sweet and loving and gives lots of kisses! She listens really well and is incredibly smart. Found with a USB cord around her neck we know she escaped a less than great situation only to be turned into Dallas Animal Services. We know she deserves a good life and we are committed to finding her one. Molly is kind to cats. She is healthy. Sleeps at your feet. Cuddles in your arms. Ready and waiting to be yours. Molly loves chew toys and stuffed animal toys. She will kiss you if you smack your lips. She loves playing hide-and-go-seek! We are still learning about how she will get along with other dogs. She is big and rough-and-tumble so she would do better with other large dogs or being the solo dog. She is wonderful with kids. If you feel your home might be the right place for this wonderful dog, the place to start is with the adoption application found at www.dfwrescueme.org/adopt.  Once submitted, the foster will contact you to tell you more, and to arrange a meeting! The adoption fee for all of our dogs is $250.00, which includes their vaccinations and spay/neuter. Molly B. is participating in the DFW Rescue Me Guest Dog Program, so custody and ongoing care are provided by the foster, not by DFWRM.August 15, 2024, 9:45 pm
