DOB: 3/29/2022Give me a C... Give me an H.. Give me an I.. Give me a P... What does it spell??? CHIP! Do we have the cat for you at the Parma Animal Shelter! Meet Chip! You will want more than just one of him when you see him. Kind of like Lay's potato chips. You can't eat just one. Well, you'll want one more cat just like him! Chip is affectionate and loves to be petted and likes head and cheek rubs. He is easy to pick up and seems to be a lap cat and will purr when you hold him. Chip listens when you talk to him and can be very talkative. He will give you a kitty kiss if you ask him for one. Feed him a churu or treat and he's in heaven. He can be a little adventurous when he's out on the main floor but does get a little talkative when he wants attention. He is playful and loves chasing the laser up and down the aisles of the main cat room. Chip also loves string toys and will do flips in the air trying to catch the string toy. He likes to close drawers and may help you put away the laundry. Chip is requesting a home that is spacious so he can run around! He was surrendered to PAS when his owner passed away. The person who brought him in said he is not good with other cats or dogs, so we are requesting that he be the only pet in the house. Chip does get along really well with one of our kittens, Spicey Girl. They like to play together so Chip should do well with a kitten. He will be an ideal companion for a single person or a couple who are home a lot. We don't recommend Chip to a family with children. Chip may get overstimulated with active children and may nip a little. OIder teens (16 and up) would be okay with him. He is getting a little sad that he hasn't been adopted. He does have one of the exercise cages to reside in so he has more room but he still wants his forever home!
