Story
Introducing Sakura, a 1.5-year-old dilute torti with a hint of mystery in her gaze. This sassy feline isn't one to sugarcoat her feelings—she's as real as they come. While she may not always wear a smile on her face, Sakura's loyalty runs deep once she finds her person. She's got a knack for getting along with other cats, proving that underneath her tough exterior lies a heart of gold. Give Sakura a chance, and you'll find a companion who's fiercely independent yet fiercely loyal. Are you ready to bring a touch of sass into your life with Sakura? Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt! Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.

Story
Meet Sharon-- a super sweet, 9 month old female domestic shorthair cat. Sharon is affectionate and playful and looking to be the only cat in your household due to her Feline Leukemia positive status. Sharon is currently in good health but FeLV cats do have shortened lifespans and it is contagious to other cats. We still think Sharon deserves the chance to live her life to the fullest in a home where she can be your one and only feline, even if its only for a few years! Sharon is good with kids and adults and seems to be open to meeting dogs too! Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Story
Hello, world! I'm Bruce, a two-year-old feline warrior with a heart as big as my appetite for life. Despite battling chronic GI disease, which requires me to stick to a special diet, I remain the nicest cat you'll ever meet. I know, I know, how can one cat be so sweet and yet so resilient? It's a gift. Sure, my tummy has a mind of its own, but that's just a minor speed bump on my road to spreading love and joy. I get along famously with other cats, dogs, and even those tiny humans you call kids. I've got a purr that could melt the iciest hearts and a snuggle game that's second to none. So, if you're looking for a furry friend who's as tough as he is tender, look no further. I'm Bruce, your go-to guy for cuddles, companionship, and a daily dose of adorable perseverance. Let's conquer the world together, one special meal at a time! Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter.
