Story
Madeleine is ready to find her forever home! Here’s what her foster family has to say about her: “This girl is something special. She’s all things sweet, loving, and easygoing without a mean bone in her body. Speaking of bones, half the time she acts like she doesn’t have any! She loves being held on her back and rolling over for belly rubs. We joke that she’s broken because she just plops over, sometimes giving us an unexpected trust fall. Madeleine is perfect with everyone, from kids to dogs of all sizes. She’s overall very low-energy but still enjoys zoomies in the backyard and sometimes playing with toys or other dogs. She’s a big snuggler, laying right on your chest (usually on her back). She is potty trained, and we leave her out in the house without a kennel when we leave. Madeleine is such a gem, and she’ll make someone very lucky to have her!” Madeleine is a 3 1/2 year old Shih Tzu/Chihuahua mix who weighs 14lbs. If you’re interested in adopting her, please submit an application at www.rescuerowinc.org. *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 48 hours. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a homecheck *Our adoption fees are as follows (paid by cash or a check made out to Rescue Row): Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee  Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee  Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs. ##2333590##

Story
Denali has been waiting for his forever home for over three years, making him our longest resident. When he first arrived at Rescue Row, he had several medical challenges, but thanks to dedicated care and vet visits, he’s now healthy and ready to find a family of his own. Per Wisdom Panel he is a mix of 8 different breeds, 82% Chihuahua, 6% Poodle, 3% Pekingese, 2% Dachshund, 2% Pomeranian, 2% Shih Tzu, 2% Cocker Spaniel and 1% Smooth Fox Terrier. This easygoing little guy is happiest curled up in a dog bed or a lap for a nap. He gets along well with other dogs, though he prefers companionship over playtime, and he’s even cat-friendly. His eyesight is fading, but he can still see a little. Denali is kennel trained but not potty trained, so he wears a belly band at home. He moves at a slow pace but enjoys the occasional stroll down the street. He’s a quiet dog who rarely makes a sound and is affectionate, though he only gives small kisses from time to time. Denali is a 12-year-old, 11-pound Chihuahua mix. If you think he’d be a great addition to your home, visit www.rescuerowinc.org to submit an adoption application! Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 2-4 business days. You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a home check Our adoption fees are as follows (paid by cash or a check made out to Rescue Row): Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. Story
Palmier is ready to find his forever home! He is the happiest little guy whose tail never seems to stop wagging. He is incredibly friendly, usually the first dog to greet new people in his foster home. Strangers don’t exist to him, as he has loads of kisses to offer to anyone he meets. Palmier enjoys snuggling with the humans in his foster home, but he’ll also opt for the couch or a dog bed if no lap is available. He is good with dogs, and his demeanor suggests he would also do well with kids and cats. He enjoys playing with toys and sometimes other dogs. His foster family trusts him out in the house when they leave, and he is potty trained. Palmier is overall a well-rounded, easy-going little dog! Palmier is a 6 year old, 14.6 lb Chihuahua mix. If you are interested in adopting this sweet boy, please submit an application at www.rescuerowinc.org *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 48 hours. Story
ADOPT RUPERT Let us introduce you to Rupert, an endearing and sweet little Chihuahua with a heart of gold. Although Rupert is mostly blind, you wouldn't know it by how well he navigates his world. His adaptability is pretty incredible. Rupert is great with dogs of all sizes and energy levels, making him a wonderful companion for other pets. Due to his visual impairment, Rupert prefers a fairly calm environment where he's not startled by sudden movements, so a home without very young children would be ideal. This cuddly pup adores spending time with his humans, and he thrives on their affection and cuddles. Rupert seeks a loving family who will communicate their presence to him vocally and through gentle touch, ensuring he feels safe and secure. Once Rupert is comfortable in his surroundings, his delightful personality shines through. If you're looking to add a gentle, affectionate, and joyful companion to your family, Rupert could be the perfect match. Consider bringing this little bundle of joy into your home—he's ready to share his love!. ADOPTION APPLICATION: www.tinyurl.com/IADRAdoptionApp ***IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ*** Our adoption fee is $175. We require an application to be completed prior to setting up a meet-and-greet. We do not offer "on-the-spot" adoptions. We do not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis. We do our best to match dogs with families that will be a good fit to help ensure a successful adoption. We reserve the right to decline any application for any reason. Due to the nature of our adoption process, our fosters are usually only able to consider forever families within a reasonable driving distance of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. A vet reference is required, and a trial period will be completed before finalizing the adoption. Thank you for your understanding.

Story
Quite a dapper dude if I do say so myself! "Francis 'FORD' Coppola is looking for his very own home! Yes, he is this cute! But cute can sometimes be complicated... you know the type! He can be a love bucket... but takes time to warm up. He can be playful but takes time to warm up. He can be a great couch potato to watch your favorite movie with you but takes time to warm up. He came from a really bad hoarding situation and had no human interaction or direct human contact for probably the first part of his life (guessing he might have been a year old by the time I got him) so it takes him a long time to trust strangers; but it can be done! He needs a VERY patient new family. Probably wouldn't be good with little kids or a super busy household (too scary and too loud). He gets along nicely with my other dogs (proper introductions are an absolute must). I don't know how he would be as an only dog... if his new mom/dad was home most of the time and spent a lot of time with him, he might be ok. If you or someone you know might like to hear more about him... please reach out to me!! His special family is out there somewhere... I just know it!
