She is attached to humans by nature; loves tummy rubs and giving kisses, even around strangers. She could be a little shy when approached by strangers, but would not take long for her to respond passionately. She is friendly to adults and children alike; shares food and toys with other dogs, and never engage in fight with other dogs; very well behaved, not a chewer or barker; also enjoys her daily walks and car-ride. Becca is obedient and enjoys being around people, will surely make a great companion pet. Becca’s rescue story: Becca was rescued out from a ditch by the volunteer on her daily walk. Becca’s seven siblings were also found nearby. Because that area is an industrial park, banked by a storm drain, with heavy trucks in and out all the time, hardly an environment where young puppies can survive! Therefore, the volunteer posted a plea for adoption on line for these vulnerable puppies. The rescuer responded and placed the puppies with foster families while start preparing them for their forever homes. Story
Hello world! My name is Apollo, I'm an 9-month-old, neutered male Smooth Collie/Shepherd mix, who currently weighs around 42lbs., but I'm still growing and could be between 65to 75 lbs. as an adult. I'm a happy, energetic young boy that is just the sweetest of all time! I'm an active guy who absolutely loves to run zoomies in the yard. I'm super smart too! I already know 'sit' and 'shake', but of course I could learn lots more. I can't wait to go to class with my new best friend. I'm still working on politely meeting new doggy friends. Because of this, I prefer to be the only dog in the household. I'm hoping my new family can help me become the courteous gentleman I know I can be.  For more information, just ask Customer Service about Apollo! Story
Prancer was left at a distant shelter as an under-aged puppy at 6 weeks old. She was nervous so the shelter put her with Dancer Shep mix also 6 weeks old. We rescued both of them and now they are doing great at their hero puppy foster home. They will get a great start since their foster home is also a trainer. Both are playful and adorable. They will be available when they are 8 weeks old. Appears to have strong prey drive. Video from first hour at their foster home. https://www.facebook.com/FFRescue/videos/1100628651741940 Update from Foster Home 1/3/25: Prancer has a very sweet personality and she is quite cuddly. She plays with chew toys and plays pretty well with Dancer. She is herding breed type so probably no cats. Update from Foster Home 2/19/25: She is doing great! Wonderful with other dogs she could do ok with cats if someone took the time. Not aggressive with cats just wants to play with them but definitely not a prey drive type at all. She is fine with my cats does not chase them at all. She is crate trained both house and car. We are working on potty training but doing well with it.YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xUtDgAJMUHkFebruary 21, 2025, 1:41 am
