Meet Squints – The Lovable & Playful Sandlot Pup! ⚾🐶 Squints and his three siblings—Wendy, Benny, and Smalls—were saved from a kill list just in time. Named after the iconic kids from The Sandlot, Squints is just as full of personality as his namesake! 🧢⚾ At just over 2 months old, Squints is already showing his playful and affectionate side. He’s social, sweet, and full of puppy energy! Whether he’s bouncing around with his siblings or curling up for some snuggles, Squints is the perfect mix of fun and lovable. 🐾 Squints’ Details: ✅ Breed: Likely a Smooth Collie mix ✅ Gender: Male ✅ Age: 2 months (Born likely 12-10-2024) ✅ Size: Medium (estimated 30 lbs full-grown), currently 11 lbs ✅ Color: Mostly black with just a touch of white on his paws—adorable! 🖤🐾 ✅ Temperament: Social, playful, quiet, and incredibly lovable ✅ Energy Level: Medium ✅ Good with: ✔️ People (super sweet and affectionate!) ✔️ Kids (a great little buddy!) ✔️ Dogs (loves playing with his furry friends) ✔️ Cats (should be fine at this young age) ✅ House Training: In progress! ✅ Crate Training: We’ll leave that up to his adopter, and we’re happy to support their decision. ✅ Microchipped: Not yet, but will be. ✅ Neutered: Too young, but neuter is included in adoption. 🏡 Squints’ Ideal Home: A loving family who will continue helping him grow into a confident pup. A home with or without other pets—he’s great with dogs and should do well with cats! A fenced yard would be a bonus, but it’s not required. Squints is currently in foster care at the rescue, but if a foster home opens up, we would welcome that too! Could you be the one to give Squints his forever home? 💕

Meet Pumpkin! She is a 5 yr old Australian cattle dog in search of a new home. She is still full of energy, loyal and sweet. She loves walks, fetch and a rainy day inside. She is good with children and would make an excellent only pet although with the right family another dog would not be a deal breaker. If she sounds like she’d make a good addition to your pack please feel free to reach out. Before leaving any negative comments please know this is our last option. Thanks!
