Mia is a 4-year-old female Dorgi, a mix of Corgi and Dachshund. She is intelligent, protective, loving, and independent. Trusting new people may take her a few days, but treats can help. Once comfortable, Mia loves belly rubs, playing with her toys, chewing on her split Elk antler, and running around the yard. She has a great personality and is incredibly loyal to her favorite human. Mia does not require constant attention and is happy to sit and chew on her antler while her owner works. However, when it's time for affection, she will put down her antler to enjoy quality time with her human. Mia's need for a loving owner will inspire compassion and care in anyone who meets her. What Mia Needs: Mia needs a home without children or small animals, as she prefers to be the only pet. She loves attention and requires someone to provide her with plenty of love and care. Additionally, she needs a fenced yard for potty breaks and walks. Keeping her on a healthy, canine-specific diet to ensure her well-being is essential, reflecting your commitment and responsibility as an owner. We will offer comprehensive guidance on how to care for her. Most importantly, Mia needs a loving person who is dedicated to keeping her forever and will never abandon her again. This handsome boy came to us as an owner surrender due to his previous owner’s declining health. Now, Oso is ready to start a new chapter with a family who will adore his playful spirit and affectionate nature. Oso is incredibly friendly and outgoing—he never meets a stranger! He loves to play, jump, and shower his people with kisses. His energetic personality makes him the perfect companion for an active family or individual who enjoys playtime and fun. Oso also gets along well with other dogs and would thrive in a home with a playful canine companion. While Oso hasn’t been around children, his love for jumping and energetic play might be best suited for a home with older, dog-savvy kids. He currently uses a doggy door to access an outdoor run with other dogs, so we’re unsure about his potty training habits. However, with patience and consistency, Oso will quickly adapt to his new home’s routine. Happy has a bittersweet past, once a target for euthanasia at a city shelter. Fortunately, her life took a positive turn when a rescuer stepped in to give her a second chance. Now at 1 year old, Happy is a sweet, affectionate pup who adores people. She cherishes time spent with humans far more than playing with other dogs and loves nothing more than snuggling in someone's arms for a cozy nap. While she may be cautious around strangers at first, Happy quickly warms up, wagging her tail enthusiastically and greeting new friends with an irresistible charm. Once she feels comfortable, Happy’s affectionate side truly shines. She loves giving kisses, is full of playful energy, and even has a hint of jealousy when sharing attention with others.
