Story
Robbie is a male purebred Pembroke Welsh Corgi. I've had him since he was 8 weeks old, and he is now 3 years old. We relocated to the Seattle WA area 2 years ago when I got a new job, and since then I've not had as much time available to spend with him. He deserves better than the boring life with me. Robbie is a healthy, easy-going, sweet dog. He is house trained, and never been destructive. Whenever I walk with him or take him to the dog park, he gets so much attention and compliments because he is very cute and super friendly. He gets along with other dogs, enjoys greeting people, and loves playing rope tug with me. I would like Robbie to be adopted by a family, preferably with a home that has a yard. He will do well in a household with people who love to walk (or run) in rain or sunshine.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.MIA Background: Mia was rescued by a friend in California after her previous owner abandoned her and her sister at a groomer. She is a 3-year-old Corgi-Dachshund female. Mia is a smart, protective, loving, and independent dog. It may take her a few days to trust new people, but treats can help with that. Once she gets comfortable around someone, she loves belly rubs, playing with her toys, chewing on her split Elk antler, and running around the yard. She has a great personality and is incredibly loyal to her favorite human. She doesn't need constant attention and is happy to sit and chew her antler while her person works. However, when it's time for some love, she'll drop the antler and enjoy some quality time with her human. Mia is a "Dorgi," which is a mix of Corgi and Dachshund, and she needs a home without cats or other dogs. She is very protective of her home and will make a great watchdog. She would be a perfect fit for a single woman who wants a loyal dog that will bond strongly with her.  What Mia Needs: Mia needs a home without children or small animals, as she prefers to be the only pet. She loves attention and needs someone who can give her lots of love and care. She also needs a fenced yard for potty breaks and walks. It's important to keep her on a healthy, canine-specific diet to ensure she remains healthy for her entire life. We will provide in-depth education on how to care for her. Most importantly, Mia needs a loving person who is committed to keeping her forever and will never abandon her again. How Can You Meet Mia? Please use this link to apply. One of our volunteers will review the application and get in touch with you to answer your questions and see if you are a match for Mia. Mia has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble in place of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate his adopters on proper diet and nutrition for her and her new buddies. To apply to adopt Mia she has a $550.00 adoption fee.  All monies will be recycled to cover medical care and rescue more dogs. Please fill out the online application using this link.  Please be thorough in your answers and expound whenever possible so we get to know you and can make the best match.      https ://rompinpawsrescue.rescuegroups.org/forms/   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 18, 2024, 6:06 pm
