Meet Traveler! Traveler is about 5 years old, 12 lbs, and he likely has some dachshund in his mix! Traveler was confiscated from a hoarding situation. In his foster home, he is working hard on his house-training, crate training and leash walking. He could go to a home with kids 10+, and other small dogs. He has not been exposed to cats.His foster says, `Meet Traveler! This sweet, quirky boy has a heart as big as his personality. Rescued from a tough situation where he was left outside in freezing weather, Traveler is now looking for a home where he can truly be loved and pampered. Traveler is a playful, silly soul who loves his toys and enjoys lounging with his favorite humans (though he’s not a fan of kisses). He adores dogs his size and would thrive in a home with at least one canine companion. Traveler is crate trained, mostly housebroken, and well-behaved with older kids. His playful barking is his way of keeping you aware of any visitors or nearby dogs, but it’s just part of his endearing nature.`He is available for adoption in Worcester, MA by appointment with an approved adopter. ***Manny is a resource guarder of "his person". He requires a strong owner(s) who will work with him to get him through the "adjustment phase" so he knows that he is not alpha in the home! Hi, my name is Manny & although I look cute & cuddly as can be, do not be fooled! I can be the biggest jerk when you first get me home. I will try to establish dominance & resource guard my person. BUT here is the thing - put me in my place & I will be your BEST friend & your BEST snuggler! I NEED a home with an experienced dachshund owner. I am very loving & sweet with people & I love to burrow & cuddle with my people. I enjoy evenings or nap times burrowed under a blanket with my person on the couch. I also love to play with other dogs & hang out with them as well. I would benefit from being placed in a home with ONE other pup similar in size & energy. I also need a fenced in yard. I am crate & house trained (like a dachshund!). No children please. I would do best also in a quiet home. I do not like a lot of commotion & can get a bit anxious. In order to set me up to succeed, my foster family has trained me to go into an xpen that they have set up in a bedroom for some down time if I get overstimulated. It works for me & keeps everyone safe. I have no issue being crated or in my pen. Right now I sleep in the pen at night but he I have 3 other foster siblings. I hope to be able to sleep in the big bed when I am placed in a home with one other pup, as I am a cuddler & would enjoy sleeping with my people. Manny is neutered, microchipped & UTD on vaccines. He has no known health issues. His adoption fee is $500. He is available for a meet & greet to an approved applicant. Manny will be coming with training as well. This sweet little pint of sunshine will brighten your darkest day! Meet Harley, she was an owner surrender to no fault of her own. The owner simply could not care for her any longer due to her health. So Harley came into our program and since has been fully vetted: spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and is heart worm negative.   Due to her small size, she would make a perfect pet for apartment or condo living. She is potty trained on pee pads. Loves to cuddle and snuggle to her heart's delight. She gives kisses freely and often. She is a very low shedder, easy to maintain her hygiene.   Currently, she is in Arkansas, but headed to New England to be fostered. This girl is so sweet that we feel she will be adopted soon.
