We Adopted Dobey (doe-bee) from the Agoura Animal Care Center when he was 7 months old. he is now 16 months old. Dobey is a good boy that needs more space than we can provide and more attention than we can provide. We have recently welcomed our 5th child into the world and our other 4 children are very young. Dobey is strong and playful and requires daily walks and a yard to play in. Dobey is house-trained and good around children. He still plays with his mouth but does not bite. Dobey is very affectionate and cuddly and likes to sleep in the bed with master. We love Dobey very much, however; he needs more than we can provide and we must dedicate our energy to our infant and toddlers. He is micro-chipped and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Extremely sweet dog! She was found as a stray in bad shape. She was very weak, hiding/sheltering under a trailer. Thankfully someone reached out to our friends at Hope For Paws and they were able to get her to safety. She came to us and built up her strength before she was able to be spayed. She is clumsy on smooth/slippery floors so we currently use no slip mats so she can make it across the main room. She is very playful in spurts when she is outside with her dog friends. She is gentle with children and will bark at strangers when they approach the house but it’s more of a warning, we don’t think she would ever harm any living thing. Her poor body shows signs of multiple litters. We suspect she was dumped by a breeder once they were done with her. Bad humans. :(. But she’s better off now.

Story

Valentino is a young, happy dude. We don’t really know what happened but he had a serious burn on one side of his body and the people that had him left it untreated for 2 weeks before reaching out for help. I know, insane. Anyway, he ended up at Hope For Paws who rushed him to a vet and he was there for several weeks while being treated and healing. He is now here with us and he is such a clown! Just so happy about life! He is GREAT with other animals and people (but he might be too much for small children). He’s on the smaller side for his breed.
