Story
Buster is our 3 year old pit/lab mix. He's handsome as hell and very loving. He's surprising low energy for his size and breed. Prefers to wander the backyard and sit on deck overlooking his domain. However, he much prefers to lay on the bed with you.

Story
Bob is an 1-year-old male American Bulldog mix who must be neutered before adoption.  He came to PAHS after he was found, as a stray, out in the county at Jones.  Bob is white with brown and black marking; and he is a good looking fellow.  He weighs 74 pounds so he is a large young adult dog.  Bob is not only a big boy--he is a STRONG guy!  He is working on his leash training but walking him on a leash is NOT for the faint of heart.  He is just a great big-bouncing-boy full of energy.  Since he is so active, Bob would need a securely fenced yard where he can safely play and get some exercise.  We do NOT recommend Bob be in a home with small (or young) children due to his size and energy level.  If you have another dog, you would need to bring your dog out for a 'meet and greet' with Bob to make sure they would play well together.  With a patient owner, who is willing to work with Bob, he will be a great companion.Dog/puppy adoption fees are $100.  Cat/kitten adoption fees are $50.  July 6, 2024, 5:29 pm

Story
Billy, formerly known as Tiny, is a 6-month-old male American Bulldog mix who has already been neutered.  He is white with gorgeous brown markings; and he is a handsome fellow.  Billy currently weighs 42 pounds and we believe he will be a large adult dog.  He is active and has some 'puppy energy' that will keep you busy and entertained!  Billy knows the commands 'sit, stay'; is leash trained but not house trained.  Billy would be just fine with children and other dogs.  Since he is playful, he would need a securely fenced yard where he can safely play.  Billy would love life best with an active family who includes him in all their outdoor adventures.  This is such a great dog who is going to make some lucky adopter so happy with their new family member!  Dog/puppy adoption fees are $100.  Cat/kitten adoption fees are $50.  July 14, 2024, 12:35 pm

Story
Mateo is a 5-month-old male Black Lab mix. We don't know what he is mixed with but he is not going to be a big guy. He was found in a city park and no owner came to claim him.  Mateo is black with white markings; and he is adorable!  He weighs only 21 pounds and we don't think he will get much bigger.  Mateo is playful and would add joy to any home. He is a very sweet guy who has been at the shelter most of his life.  Mateo would be just fine with children and other dogs. If you have been thinking of adopting a wonderful new friend who won't get very big--Mateo might just be the one! Dog/puppy adoption fees are $100.  Cat/kitten adoption fees are $50.  July 14, 2024, 12:35 pm
