Story
Please HELP, I need to rehome ASAP, Belle has been my baby for 15 years and has been an absolute joy I got her at about 6weeks of age and is now 15 years young, she is incredibly protective and full of spunk and energy on walks to the beach, she also loves a nice lap to call her own, she is very curious but never caused issues inside or out of the home, not a digger nor destructive in anyway, she prefers quiet spaces and calm environments loves her cathouse bed and enjoys long naps in the sun, all shots and licensing are current and an older couple would be ideal, I have NEVER left her over night alone she is house trained, puppy pad trained and uses her doggie door regularly to do her thing! And has eaten the same food for about 13 years consecutively a good water drinker and likes her treats. I only want her to spend her remaining years as the princess that she is, thank you for considering this jewel and for reading my post.

Story
Hello! I am Baloo I’m 9 mos old. I’m also fixed, vaxxed and very healthy. I like playing catch and running fast but I really love spending time with my Human best friends. I am hoping for a family with enough space for me to be active and happy and enough time to give my attention and some basic training. The most important part is love, exercise and healthy food. I was saved from death at 5 days old along with my Mom and 9 siblings and raised by my first human Papa. I am the largest of all my siblings but I am a gentle giant and my Dad says that I am super smart and good. I would make a great family dog or a constant companion to someone who likes to go on adventures outdoors and enjoy nature! That would be my dream! I just want some quality time with one great bestie who will always be my favorite friend and human advocate. Maybe that could be you! I need to be adopted real fast because I don’t have much more time where I am because we are losing the place where we all live.

Story
Luna is about 10 years old but still has the energy and looks of a precious 2 year old babygirl. She absolutely loves people but has a rightful fear of fireworks, she’s a cuddler though so she’s easy to comfort. She’s a goofy and clumsy girl that absolutely loves to play fetch but gets distracted easily of course. She’s absolutely astonishing with her ability to match people’s energy, if i want to be lazy and sleep for most of the day then she’ll gladly join with no problem but if i want to spend the day outside doing random tasks then, again, no problem at all. She tries her best to maintain her high energy but she tires herself out pretty easily, which makes for a great napping buddy besides her occasional snoring lol. I’ve had her for almost her entire life so it absolutely breaks my heart that i can’t bring her along with me as i transition into this next phase of my life but I have high hopes that somebody can give her the life she deserves to have that i would not be to provide..

Story
Boston is a full bred miniature pinscher and a great little guy who loves his humans and wants to sit in a lap whenever possible. Found as a stray in SLO county this little guy ended up at the bottom of the list of wanted dogs when the shelter filled up and his age did him in, 12 is a guess but Boston is full of nice energy and may be younger. He is really cute. Great with dogs and cats and house trained. He makes funny sounds and is pretty talkative. Really cute in real life and rather a character. Funny little guy who has been here a long time now.

Story
Please read the last two sentences before proceeding. This little guy was found in the Avenal area then transferred to Corcoran then scooped up by a local humane society. But Russo wasn't loving a kennel environ so he came here. He is shy and fearful but not aggressive and loves the company of other animals. He seems to thrive in a pack. He will come for treats and will approach to say hello and ever day seems to warm up more and more. He is now allowing petting. We think he has great potential for a patient adopter who will let him see how great being a people dog can be. He is a youngster at about two years old. And CUTE as a button! Great size too, He will take patience but will be so worth the time. He should not be an only dog. Russo needs a playmate or two. he plays great with dogs and that is his comfort zone. Right now we deem him feral and not ready for a home. It might be a huge set back, catching him will take a lot currently..
