Meet Mindy....... Mindy is a 5 year old miniature Goldendoodle who weighs around 10 pounds. When we got the call about Mindy we were told she was tied out in a field with a blue plastic barrel for a dog house and that her eyes were matted shut. The lady who contacted us about her ended up being able to get her from the 'owner' and brought her to us. Mindy had no name or birth date. We had to cut her coat with scissors because she was so badly matted. This was on a Thursday, then we took her to the vet on Friday. She was still so matted our vet decided to keep her and shave her for us while she was under being spayed. This is why she has no fur and has on a red sweater. Mindy also was very thin. It look like she has been close to being starving. This was one of 4 super sad cases we have had in the past week. On the up side, Mindy has been fully vetted. She is happy and clean. She has a warm bed, full belly and living her best life ever. Mindy is shy but absolutely loves to be with you, she is getting use to getting touches and a kind hand. Mindy will need a quiet home with a fenced yard to keep her safe while outside to go potty. She does faithfully use her doggy door out the adoption center to go potty. Story

We are posting this litter of 6 with the same information as they are siblings. There are 2 boys and 4 girls in this group. We received a call on these puppies to pick them up as the 'hobby breeder' wanted them gone. When we say hobby breeder, most of you will know who and what we are referring to. When we arrived we were able to secure the mommy and daddy (both mini aussiedoodles) as well and one other dog (a cavalier male..Russ). There are no longer any dogs at this place....YAYYY!!!! The babies are happy and healthy and all weigh between 4 to 6 pounds. They have a birth date of 10/27/24. They did have 2 vaccinations prior to coming to us and they did send those records. We have let them settle in for a week here in rescue and will head to the vet this next week 1/21/25. These are miniature Aussiedoodles. Both parents are with us here in rescue and weigh around 30-35 pounds. We do not have the parents posted for adoption yet as they both still need fully vetted. Mommy is black and white in color and dad is a blue merle. Both parents were in terrible condition when we took them in. Moms (Sophie) weight was good but she was matted. Dad (Paulie) looked very bad. He was so matted we had to shave him, he was also VERY under weight with hip bones and ribs showing. We will post before and after picture of them once we post them for adoption. The puppies will not be spayed/neutered prior to adoption so they will go home on a spay/neuter contract with a 75.00 rebate. You will be required to have them spayed/neutered when they are age appropriate (6months). If you are interested in adopting please text or email us to request an application. We do not hold rescues longer than 24 hours for adopters to adopt once your application has been approved. My family got him as a companion to our other dog. Turns out she has guarding issues. He ended up with a nasty bite on his ear. He needs a new home so he doesn’t have to be afraid. Will send with supplies. Will take him back if it doesn’t work out. UTD on shots and flea / heart worm meds. Would be best if he was the only pet. He prefers women. He can be slow to warm up but is a good boy. Crate trained, knows basic obedience, potty trained. Needs a fenced yard. Great with kids 8+
