Story
Willow is a very loyal dog with lots of love to give. She loves to run outdoors and will need some space to do so. She does have anxiety with meeting new people and dogs but once she is comfortable she is very loving and affectionate. Sadly my son is severely allergic to her and we cannot keep her anymore. Someone who can spend time with her and not have to leave her for a along period of time would be the best fit. There will be no rehoming fee. I just want her to go to the right home.

Story
We are looking for a loving home for this sweet 6 year old boy! He would make a wonderful companion dog where he gets the attention he deserves. He loves to cuddle on your lap, go for daily walks and car rides. He does get along with other dogs but would prefer to be the only dog. He would do better in a home with just adults or older children. We got him as a puppy so he is completely potty and kennel trained. We are relocating for a job and moving into an apartment. Unfortunately, we can’t take him with us so we would love to see him in a home with people to love on him!

Story
Check out our gorgeous girl Lilly! Lilly came in due to no fault of her own. She is a loving and energetic girl who loves to play with toys! She loves to play fetch, but she won't always bring the ball back to you! She loves all of her new human friends once she learns that they aren't scary! Lilly needs to be the only dog in the household as she has some trauma from other dogs that she has lived with. She has lived with other dogs and cats, but she isn't a huge fan of when cats when they swat at her or give her "the business". She is a very smart girl that learns tricks and skills quite quickly! If Lilly sounds like someone you would like to take home, submit an application for her! Lilly is up to date on her vaccinations and is spayed. If you are interested in Lilly, please submit an application, which can be found on our website at humanesocietyofnwia.com.

Story
Check out our gorgeous girl Skye! Skye came in ti us as a stray, so we didn't know much about her initially. We learned that she is a younger girl that has been bounced around for almost her entire life, so she deserves some stability in her life. She does great with other dogs and doesn't seem to mind cats, though she does like to think of them as a game of chase! She is such a sweet girl that can't wait for her forever home! Skye is up to date on her vaccinations and spayed. If you are interested in this sweet girl, please submit an application, which can be found on our website: humanesoceityofnwia.com.

Story
Meet our handsome man Peele! Peele and his brother were found as strays not long ago, we highly suspect that they were dumped based on other information we received about them and their situation. They came in in such poor condition that we knew we had to bring them in to the vet before their stray hold was up. They ended up having flea bite dermatitis and some pretty infected and irritated skin, not a horrible issue, but very uncomfortable. On top of that, the skin on the rest of their bodies was very inflamed and tender to the touch. These poor boys needed some TLC, but now they are happy and healing and ready to find their forever homes! Peele is good with other dogs and doesn't seem to mind cats. He is doing great with potty training and is also taking well to basic obedience! He is a great boy, don't let him pass you by! Peele is up to date on his vaccinations and is neutered. If you are interested in Peele, please submit an adoption application, which can be found on our website: humanesocietyofnwia.com.
